I wish I could give zero stars. this company was selected by the seller of my house during escrow. work was not completed in the estimated time frame. company was horrible at communication. escrow ran long due to the work not being completed. now 2 months later there is massive leaking from my well pump and Scott's response was ""call a plumber"". Hands down the worst experience with a company I have ever experienced. STAY as far away from this company as possible!

I contacted Scott Boyd at least 6 months ago. I gave him a deposit to do the work. After several phone calls, he still has not come to do the work or even call me back.
I am very disappointed in his work and would not recommend him. I am planning to take him to court for the deposit and for the hassle he has given me.

I have been without water to the house for awhile. Had couple of plumbers and well people come and look and non identified the problem. Scott Boyd answered my call quickly and came and assessed the problem as the well pump being bad. He worked with my AHS insurance and part of the work was covered. He pulled the old pump out along with all the old metal piping and not to code wiring, ordered new pump and pvc piping and wiring to code, came back and put all together again. Now have higher pressure water into the house than had in a real long time. Both his wife, who helped him, and he are very friendly and know what they are doing. I recommend his service if you need it.

These guys get 5 stars from me, my water in my well quit flowing last night, they returned my call within a couple of hours and were out here 45 minutes later. Scotts guys got right to it, turns out my pump wasnt bad after all it was just the connectors, I was so happy, wont be near as expensive as I was worried it would be, good job guys!!!!!!

Boyd installed well pump. After about a year or so we began to experience problems with well pump. We called him several times to see if we could get him to come out. It took about a week for us to get in touch with him. In the mean time, tree's are dying and drying out. Once we finally got a hold of him, he stated that he would come out at and look at the problem. A week went by and Boyd never came by and never called us to let us know that he wasn't coming by. I finally had to find another company to come out and look at the problem. not very dependable

My complaint is that a business should always maintain communication with their customers, especially after a biz states that they will come out.
