I called Boyd plumbing to install my new dishwasher they had someone out within hours which was great. The man who came out, Jeremy Butcher could not have been more helpful. He was friendly and informative explaining every step of the way what he was doing. He also went above and beyond fixing a gas line that had not been installed properly. It only took him a couple of minutes and I really appreciated him doing it. The job he did was top caliber and very professional. Heck I almost invited him to stay have dinner and watch football with me!!

This is an update to my review;
The owner and another plumber came out to the house, looked at the situation and fixed it correctly. Installed the replaceable filter that should have been put in on Friday but was out of stock. Mind you the owner and new plumber showed up at 9 am Monday.
Then the owner gave my parents a couple hundred dollars off for their inconvenience. They still have the way more expensive instant hot water system that they originally did not want but was installed and were charged for when the first plumber said he was not going to charge them for it. I know Boyd Plumbing did their best by fixing what was wrong with the job from the first plumber that works for them. But $2600, now $2350 is still high if you are paying for a filtered cold water system.

Eric, the service rep., was professional, courteous and prompt. I liked him so much that I would have willingly given him much more business than I could at the time. called competitor, first and they couldn't put me on their schedule for two days . . . never mind that my water heater was leaking all over sub flooring. Eric of Boyd Plumbing replaced my leaking water heater and did a great job. I called on a Sunday and he got back to me within 10-15 minutes. Even though he was booked the next morning Eric came by very early to take a look and provide an estimate. He and a second person came back around 2 and replaced the water heater. They were very professional, answering all my questions throughout the installation and when I asked about why other companies do certain things he didn't take the opportunity to bash them.

I'm happy that I read the reviews and that I called Boyds.

Mario was terrific -- very professional and thorough. We had a complicated situation with our newly purchased home, with pipes that had been installed incorrectly several years ago, resulting in no hot water (only warm) in the master bath Mario diagnosed the problem and corrected it after the warranty company's plumber failed to find the problem.
