Eric is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his customers as well as the work he provides. He gave us valuable information and recommendations as well as options for filtration systems we didn't even knew existed. ""A+ Excellent Service"". Woke up this morning finding out no hot water. Did some call and Boyd Plumbing is the only one who was able to send a tech out to access the problem. Jake was very professional. He told me the problem and options in fixing the problem. I opted to just getting a new and bigger water heater installed. I was happy that Jake was able to call his dispatch and with in 1-hr another Tech-Alex came with the new water heater and was able to help Jake finish the job in no time. Both Jake & Alex have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am selling my home and had to strap my water heater to bring it up to code. The water heater is in an outdoor closet so it is tight quarters.

Jake, from Boyd, came up with a genius solution. Now the heater is strapped, the water is heating up, and I can sell my house.

Jake even took the time to look at the hose bibs (per building inspection report) to see if they needed certain devices attached to them, and he opined that they did not.

I had made a mistake trying to fix a plumbing problem and it became too much for me to handle. I googled plumbers and had the good fortune of choosing Boyd Plumbing based on reviews. They sent a plumber by the name of Eric. Eric was fantastic. He reviewed the issue and laid out the possible solutions. Explained the cost of each option and gave me a recommendation from the view of a homeowner. He suggested I try making a fix and he left me his card and phone number to call him if it didn't solve the problem and he would be right over. He didn't charge me a dime for the inspection and recommendation. I did end up calling him and he fit me into his tight schedule and was able to repair the problem for what I felt was a very reasonable price.

I will recommend both Eric and Boyd Plumbing at every opportunity I get from here on out. He was courteous, quick and friendly. Didn't pressure me into an expensive fix and was extremely forthright through the whole experience. I really cannot say enough good things about my interaction with Eric and Boyd Plumbing.

Quick, same-day drain cleaning service from Eric Rose at Boyd Plumbing really helped us today. This was our first time using Boyd Plumbing but we were not disappointed. Eric quickly and competently resolved a reoccurring issue we have had with 2 sink drains, patiently explained every step while he worked, and provided product recommendations so we can easily maintain the fix in the future. Eric also answered questions about other best-practices in plumbing repairs while he worked and wrote down some product recommendations for us to reference when we tackle those other projects later. Pricing was very clear prior to any work starting and seemed quite fair. We expect to call Boyd Plumbing again for future home plumbing projects.
