Brand new $800 copper sink on a brand new Cambria counter. I can put my fingers behind each corner of sink. Never was the back caulked. Absolutely Pathetic. Owner said he would return my $$$ never did. Then his wanna be office girls accused me of screaming at them and threatened the police. Nice place you are running!

I called twice to set up appointment, lady said tech would call the same day never called back. I called back two days later said tech would call at lunch time.... He never called back. terrible customer service... dont waste your time....

Once you find a good contractor of any sorts in this city, don't let them go! That includes Boyce & Drake. Their staff and leadership is professional and honest. We used them to re-plumb our very old house and to install central air-conditioning. We are blessed to have experience with this type of work from prior remodels. If you don't know the slightest about plumbing, don't be afraid to ask questions so you understand the scope of work and pricing. They will guide you.

I just needed a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal gasket replaced and the technician Darren noticed that the plumbing configuration under my sink was not setup well for optimal drainage which is probably why we continually have a foul smell in our dishwasher. He went out to his truck and thankfully had all the pipe parts he needed to re-configure the plumbing and it drains much better now and the foul smell in our dishwasher is gone. Very happy with the work that was done.

Very unprofessional! We set up an appointment a week ahead to reinstall a toilet and install new bath fixtures. We needed to coordinate with other service providers so it was important for Boyce & Drake to be on time.They cancelled the appointment at 4:15pm the night before. Totally messed up the other service providers and delayed the completion of the job. Very, very poor customer service. Very inconsiderate! There are much better plumbers in the area. Don't use Boyce & Drake!

I had a great experience with Boyce and Drake heating and plumbing. I called at 10 o'clock at night for a plumbing issue, I had a technician here first thing the next morning. Thankfully, it was not an emergency but their prompt response makes me believe they would be here for an emergency as well. The technician was respectful, fast working, friendly, and great with my kiddos and dog! The price was extremely reasonable as well. Could not say enough good things about the service today. Thank you so much!

Something was terribly wrong with our heating system. The interior temperature kept climbing, the radiators were squirting steam, and the boiler was dripping water like a leaky faucet. It reminded me of a Donald Duck cartoon and I knew something was about to blow.

We called the other ""B"" company in town, which has been reliable in the past, but they were totally booked on the first really cold day of the fall (just before Thanksgiving). Luckily, Boyce & Drake had an opening and Brian was here within a couple of hours.

He quickly diagnosed the problem as a shorted wire in the sensor at the boiler, and the excess temperature/pressure problem stopped immediately. Then he stayed two hours giving us a thorough tuneup and replacing a number of parts. Before he left he shared some good tips on system tweaks we could perform ourselves. The invoice was very detailed and more than reasonable.

We're definitely fans and future customers of Brian and Boyce & Drake.

Friday, 01/03/14, 22 below zero and suddenly the heat stops working at 10:00pm. I called at least 5 ""Emergency Service"" Heating agencies planning on taking the first one to call back. I receive one call, from Boyce & Drake Heating and Cooling. He explained that he was currently responding to another emergency call but would respond immediately after. I went to bed with multiple blankets hoping for a quick call back. Sure enough at approximately 1:00am he called that he was on his way. Arrived shortly after and thoroughly examined my 25 year old furnace and found that water had leaked onto the circuit board creating the malfunction. As it could not be repaired without this obscure part, it would have to wait till morning. The Repairman stated he would call me around 8:00am with the results of his search for the part.
8:00am the phone rings and it is Boyce & Drake, the part is not available. I ask about a new furnace(with new central air) might as well live large and 6 hours later I have a new furnace, with air. The basement is clean as a whistle and they're gone and I have heat. I have to say I was more than satisfied with their response and their work. Nice people and immediate response.
To the other two that called over 12 hours later and to the two that never called at all, please remove your ""Emergency Service"" from your ads as it's false advertising.

Horrible service. Complete scam. Guy wouldn't even attempt to get my furnace running. Told me I definitely needed a new furnace. Had a real plumber over who got my furnace up and running in 15 minutes. Do not use this company.

Excellent service! Placed an emergency call about our furnace at 11:30 on a Sat night. They called back within 10 min and were here within 20 mins. Had another problem before hours on a Mon, left message on their machine and was called back promptly at 8am and was here working on it before 8:30. I know my neighbor also uses them because I've seen their trucks there before. I would highly recommend them!
