Brian C.Woken in the middle of the night by water leaking from the kitchen ceiling.
On the second floor above that area is the water heater.
Called around (middle of the night) and Boxers Plumbing responded, with Rafael contacting me very early in the morning that he would be stopping by.
Quickly diagnosed the issue (our water heater was 20+ years old).
He went out and got a brand new professional unit, and spent the morning removing the old one, and installing the new one.
Great professionalism, friendliness, and quick to answer my novice questions.
Very good guy and now 10 days later, things still ok with no issues.

Ben D.The drains in my bathroom had repeatedly been getting clogged which left a foul odor that was unbearable. They had a very quick response time. The man that came gave me a reasonable quote and got to clearing all the debris. So much gunk! Now my drain flow is back to normal, and the rancid sewage smell is gone.
