I have scheduled appointments with this company for over a month. They have never shown up to an appointment or called me back after they make an appointment. I called the office and have had numerous promises to call me back with none to date. I guess they are to busy to go to there scheduled appointments.

My wife and I recently moved to Mountain Home Idaho from Portland Oregon. When we woke up the next day our water heater was not working. I called Bowman Plumbing and they sent out a young guy named Jason. While he was fixing the water heater we were talking as he was quite friendly. He was looking at my 26 foot Penske rental truck. I told him about my severe back problems and that I had called a local moving company to try and get some guys to come unload it for me. He said he knew someone and gave them a call for me. Later when he got done with work he came back just to make sure the water heater was working and he started unloading the truck for me. He ran home to check on his grandmother and he brought his friend back with him and they finished unloading the entire rental truck for us. When they were done I tried to give them some money and they wouldnt take it. They said ""Welcome to Mountain Home"". I was stunned by their kindness. That would never happen in Portland. Jason and his friend Tony were a real blessing to us. Thanks so much to Bowman Inc and their service guy Jason. Mike & Kris, two new Idahoans.
