Eric Bowman and his company are a clean, prompt, professional outfit that does high-quality work. After a friend recommended them, Eric and an assistant showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, and found other potential issues while crawling under the house. They replaced almost all gas lines, removed old pipe, fixed a sprinkler controller, replaced all the water drain pipes, etc. They finished as quoted and also showed some before and after photos of the repairs, which was very helpful. I hired them again a couple more times to do some sprinkler repairs. Again, professional job and exactly as quoted. Each time they finished on-time and cleaned up every work area. I couldn't have been happier.

There were only two things that dropped the rating from being perfect. On the initial call to fix gas leak, they did not mention a diagnostic fee until after they did it and gave me the quote -- which mentioned waving the $200 testing fee if I hired them to do the fixes. The other time he gave me a quote and time estimate for fixing sprinkler controller connections. But as the workers continued an hour beyond the estimated time, I called Eric who indicated they were just doing the repairs we agreed upon. Then the bill shows up for double the original quote. At that time he told me of a complication they found once they arrived but there was no communication that day telling me they found this or any mention of additional money. Also, they're supposed to have you sign off on any additional work before performing it.

Those are the only reasons I dropped them slightly. But they do incredible work even down to the patching of the walls after repairs are completed. Everything is solid, looks good, and haven't had any issues with anything since they fixed them. I am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship on each of the repairs and would recommend them to others.

Trusting a recommendation can sometimes be like a Russian roulette. Hit or miss? However, if you trust in professionals who know their stuff, nothing is more surprising than receiving excellent work. I can attest that Bowman Plumbing is seriously the best at what they do. We even hired them for three separate jobs and they simply exceeded all of our expectations for each time.

HOUSE INSPECTION
- With their help, they were able to determine that the house we were getting had major plumbing issues and was able to use this as leverage to receive credits to repair the house.

MAJOR PLUMBING REPAIRS
- With the credit that we received we hired them to repair the main sewer line and kitchen and laundry drain re-route.
- Bowman was very spot on how much everything was going to cost. So there weren't any surprises in the end. Also, they were on time on their promise to get everything done.

WATER HEATER INSTALLATION
- Bowman and his team literally went above and beyond installing our tankless water heater. They did everything in a day AND even worked overtime to get the job done AND through code AND in a quality way.
- We encountered some issues along the way, but, his team was very creative in finding a solution that was both cost effective AND efficient for everyone.

It's hard to find very ethical and reputable people in this town. With Bowman, you know you are dealing with the good guys and you are getting quality work. Will definitely use them again...hopefully not anytime soon.

Mr. Eric Bowman was recommended to me by one of my friends. I will owe it to this friend forever. Mr. Bowman is the most professional, punctual, scrupulous plumber I have ever dealt with. He performed his work, which was relatively extensive and complicated, i.e., trenchless sewer repair, flawlessly. During the 3 days of work, he consistently updated me by texts, emails and telephone calls. I received many pictures and videos of the work in progress and completed. As a former general contractor, I can attest to the quality of his work. In addition, Mr. Bowman has a great personality. He is very charming and friendly. As a Realtor, I always recommend my buyers have a sewer line inspection performed to inspect the waste connection from the home to the city. Eric is always super professional, friendly, on-time and ready to help! His inspections are reasonably priced and he even includes a youtube video link of the sewer line inspection with your typed up report.

Eric Bowman also does every other plumbing service you could expect, and even some you wouldn't expect, like installing a gas line.

Eric is very reasonable with his prices and provides top-notch service. I don't hesitate recommending him to anyone.

Eric Bowman was recommended to me by my realtor in LA. I recently needed a shower valve replaced and a garbage disposal replaced and a leaky faucet fixed along with associated re-piping in 3 condo properties and they were all done efficiently and professionally. He and his crew are very nice and very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Eric provided very reasonable estimates and delivered on what he promised. I also got an estimate for a much larger project - installing a new washer and dryer with all associated piping - and I was floored by the detail of Eric's estimate which included everything from the cost and time to get permits and inspections to the full sequencing of the work and the end to end schedule. Although I didn't end up doing the project I would have hired him for it if I had decided to move forward because the detailed breakout clearly showed that he knew exactly what would have been involved.

When the shower valve was done the water was not as hot as it had been previously so Eric sent his crew out again at no additional charge and they fixed it despite finding the cause of the problem to be a manufacturer's design issue (which I verified to be the case). This was above and beyond my expectations and shows his integrity in business.

I totally trust Bowman Plumbing and would hire them again in a second. Thanks Eric!
