Absolutely rude on the phone and text both. They get upset if you ask about the price, not understanding you're actually getting bids. I don't need to be told it's ""Not a yard sale"". Asked to cancel my appointment and found out she did without my knowledge. Horrible, will never call again.

These guys have no idea what they're doing. We paid them $5000 to do the plumbing in my entire house. A couple of times I went over and found them in their truck on their phones when they should've been working. One night my neighbor called me because these guys left my front door wide open and all the lights on. She called the police to have them secure the place. They spilled cleaner all over my floor and stained it- left their tools all over my house. They installed a tankless water heater that leaked and didn't even work right. I had to call my dad to fix their mistake. The main water line in my house was broken so they replaced the line and put in a new cleanout in my backyard. I haven't lived in this house but for three weeks and sewage started backing up into my house! Called these guys again and they said they couldn't get their equipment through the sewer line to the main- also said they couldn't run a camera so they would have to contact the city the next day. The next day they told me the main line (that they laid???) was broken and it would be $300 to get it from the city and another $1500 for them to install it- or I could pay $2000 to replace the whole line- so another 2k for them to fix their mistake PLUS they would have to dig up my entire yard. I didn't trust these guys at all because clearly they had no idea what they were doing. They messed up once so they'd probably mess up again. I called for a second opinion. Called a plumber out of Wichita who came over- found out it wasn't broken at all like these guys said. It was just a clog. He fixed it for $330. These guys either have no idea what they're doing- or they just want to screw you out of your money. You'd have better luck doing everything yourself.
