Highly recommended! Bruce showed up literally within 5 minutes at 7:00 on hump day (Wednesday) and not only fixed our Air Conditioning so we didn't have to sweat all night, but did an overall quick check and confirmed my installation of the Nest thermostat. He made sound and honest recommendations that we may want to consider in the future (rather then just changing parts or doing unnecessary work as I have had done to me before by other unnamed local businesses to make their trip worth it). If you want a skilled, trustworthy, down to earth AC installer/service technician then I would highly recommend Bowersox Plumbing and AC! He truly sets the bar from my experience!

If negative 1 was an option, that's what would have been given. Had a 9:30A appointment booked. At 9:50A no one here, so I called to ensure that someone was at least in route. Father and two sons operation, was told by the father, """"yeah, my son just showed up here and I said what'll the hay"""", he's on his way. Seconds later he asks for my address. """"Oh, what's your schedule like?"""", he asks. To which I reply, I'm here now. Oh, we won't be able to do it today. After rearranging my schedule to be here, and dealing with a company who doesn't seem to know which end is up, no thank you! Would NOT do business with them (not to mention the quoted prices weren't that competitive), I chose them based on availability. What a mistake! Look elsewhere!

What a professional and great company. Needed a flange repaired on our master bedroom toilet. At first I thought I would tackle the job myself but recent surgical procedure on my lower spine gave me second thoughts. In short, sometimes you luck out. I decided to call this company since they are local and that decision was smart. In short, if your not a professional plumber then you are probably going to screw it up and I would have done that. There are little things the trade teaches over time and these little things are critical to success. Not much money, tried solving my backed up toilet myself. Finally went looking for a plumber in North Port who would understand North Port houses. Find this family owned business. Father used to sub to Babes Ace. Raised his son I'm the business and are currently training a fine young nephew. They said they would be here by afternoon but made it in the morning. Everyone polite and professional. Showed me exactly what they were doing every step of the way.

This company has high ratings on the websites that I checked, and they are local. I called Monday and set and appt. for Wednesday @ 9:30am to have a couple of minor plumbing jobs done in the house. Apparently, wires got crossed at their office and we had to call to get Brian Jr. out here. Not a great first impression. When he did arrive he couldn't have been more apologetic about the appt. having been missed, and his showing up late. That was last negative. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed both jobs very quickly! He was professional in he is demeanor and approach to the jobs, and left the work areas cleaner than he found them. Fast forward to today. We had a mishap during another project late yesterday when we went to hang something in the wall and accidentally ran a screw through the cold water feed to the vanity in the bathroom. We had to shut off the water main to the house. I called Brian and told him we'd had a mishap and could he come over ASAP, as we had to shut off the water to the house. He cancelled a job that he had scheduled and came right over. He had the problem repaired and the water back on in 20 minutes! I can't say enough about what great plumber and person he is. Based on his performance and super attitude for the past two days, he'll get all of my plumbing work, as well as referrals if anyone asks.

Bowersox plumbing is definitely as good as it gets! We called them to replace a leaking hot water heater. Brian Bowersox Jr arrived the same day and performed the replacement efficiently, effectively, professionally and with a most friendly attitude. While he was here he looked at a couple of other plumbing issues we had and he was able to perform those services the same day as well. It was also notable that he was tremendously honest with us about what we needed and why. This young man is a very capable and competent plumber.
