I had an A.O. Smith hot water heater issue that was covered by an A.O. Smith warranty. They had me call Bowers Plumbing Service to schedule a plumber to come out and service the unit. I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Bowers, from the person answering the phone to the plumber that came to my house. Everyone was very nice, used humor when appropriate and did a fantastic job keeping me updated on what the problem was and any issues that might come up in the future. They were even able to get me same day service and their hourly rate seemed reasonable even though I didn't have to pay as my hot water heater was under warranty. I will be using Bowers Plumbing Service for all future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Bowers plumbing for any plumbing needs. Dan came out to replace a shower handle and did a perfect job. When you need any type of job done you look for a company that is punctual, cost effective (translated, meaning does not gouge you with the price), and is professional. Dan from Bowers plumbing met all that criteria. If you need any plumbing jobs done, I would contact Bowers plumbing first and avoid all the rest. Highly recommended!

Been using Mel and his excellent team since 2005. Our 17 year old tankless needed help a few weeks ago. Mel sent out Dan, and he gave us a quick fix, until the new tankless would arrived a few days later. Dan and Max returned as promised with a new tankless that was more efficient, and with a great warranty. The care they provided at improving the location, and cleaning the look of the old plumbing made our day. We've found our new plumber. Quick response time, clear communication, excellent attention to detail, and quality work (thank you, Dan!). Best of all, we ended the transaction feeling that honesty and integrity are key to their business practices. We needed a faucet replaced on a pedestal sink. Although removing the pedestal would have made the work easier for Dan, he noted that it was securely attached and he did not want to create a problem where one did not exist before. He worked around it, which can be laborious. How often do you find a plumber who thinks about the customer's needs over his own? Better yet, they didn't solicit a Yelp review. Refreshing.

It's Monday morning and we woke up to no hot water. Checked the water heater and it was cold with no pilot light burning. We've never had to relight it so I followed the directions to do so. Couldn't get it lit. I called Bowers after trying 2 other plumbers. They talked me through another attempt to relight it (I was doing it wrong) and now it's working away out there! They were super nice and didn't want to charge me $125 to come out if they could fix the problem over the phone. VERY HELPFUL and I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing help!

Once PG&E turned our gas back on ,after the fires, the guy told me that our much ignored water heater was long past it's day. Leaking, tilted, full of sediment,etc. I called Mel, after finding him on Yelp! He sent a guy over ASAP. I can't say enough about Dan Dunhah. I told him my problem, he checked out the situation. We came up with a solution and a few days later : problem solved. Dan went over and beyond to give my family the best water heater for our needs and at a fair price.
