So disappointed in this company. We hired them last year to fix a dripping shower piece. It was expensive but decided to call them again to help with clogged toilets. They augured 1 toilet, lifted septic lid, said our tank was full and charged us $355! I contacted the office asking for a manager to call us to discuss only to receive NO call. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend Bowers Plumbing.

We've had many experiences with local and national contractors in the area. To say we've been mostly disappointed would be an understatement. However, once we learned of and hired Bowers plumbing & Remodel, we finally found our match.
We hired Bowers to remodel our kitchen including refinishing our hardwood floor and expanding that floor to the carpeted dining room. Bowers, is responsive, economical and very high quality. We had some special circumstances that Bowers was able to work around it to our satisfaction and delight.
Even when things out of our control went askew, Bowers stepped up and worked with us to not only come up with a satisfactory solution, but also in a satisfactory time frame. We were thoroughly impressed with the solution, which in our eyes was a superior solution to our original decision.
We were so satisfied with the work we had them rebuild our deck after the remodel was completed.

Great family owned business. Service is top notch! Highly recommended. They did everything asked and came in under budget!

I called in a job that was a leak 18 inches from a washer hot water shut off in a copper pipe solder in a easy access area that had 96% of the sheetrock removed. 2 workers were sent. The estimate was close to $1200. Then they both were gone for almost 2 hours for parts. The 2 worked approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes each to finish job. Seemed like the verbal estimate had no mention of plastic replacement instead of copper or that parts would be of highest quality, or the approx. time for job completion... basically just a price. This was the first time I have ever seen two plumbers? working together on what I thought was a simple call. Replacement parts appear cheap and hot and cold water shutoffs are needlessly small and appear to be very cheap plastic. Need written estimate with details. I actually thought the estimate was for copper pipe replacement and quality metal water shut offs. ...Workers set up large shop vac in house hallway as a small amount of sheetrock was cut out and a bit more and there was some mold in the work area from the pipe leak. I asked if they had a HEPPA vac or maybe at least a flexible vent hose they could attach to shop vac exhaust so it could be vented OUTSIDE.... ...no... Their solution was to open my garage door 25 feet away that does not EVER vent out and I told them this. So approx 45 minutes of a larger shop vac blowing debris and white sheetrock and moldy dust THRU the vacuum and then inside and throughout the house just like shop vacs always do was their common work practice. Totally unacceptable and sooo easy to prevent. When they were done 8 feet away around a corner was a heavy coating of whitish dust on some high quality furniture and it was clearly visible on the floors, etc. I did appreciate Bowers being able to respond the day I called.

I wanted to love this place as a friend of our knows the owner and his truck was stolen so we thought we would help out a business that was going through a hard time. First day tech shows up says he can't do the job that evening because he didn't have pipe glue on hand. Then 2nd tech comes out next day to glue pipe and do while house inspection, he's here for less than 20min (most of that me explaining the issue) and rushes out come to find out he tries to charge us for cutting and replacing vapor barrier which was already done and replaced by a cleaning crew, says he checked for leaks but that's not true because the glue is drying he never had me turn on any water to check for leakage under home, and claimed to replace pipe which again not true as the whole pipe was there just needed glue. They charged us 875.00 for all lies ): I feel bad for the owner of this business the lack of integrity from the techs makes us never want to use or recommend this business
I feel I need to call another company because who knows if he even glued the pipe i have no trust in their word after this whole ordeal

Bowed plumbing and remodel came highly recommended. I honestly don't know if we got just a series of bad events but it was troublesome from the start. Three wrong bids, poor communication, then sending out a senior plumber to do another bid. Then when the work started it was a bit chaotic which I suppose is expected with an entire repiping. We have so far had 5 people come out to look at the drywall that needs repaired and everyone has commented on the holes that they cut were so bad that it's going to have to be cut even more. The holes are way more extensive than they needed to be. Bowers also put the hose bib in a place that is completely inaccessible, like we won't even be able to use it. Overall very disappointed in the entire job and well it's not like it was a cheap project.

Matt was professional, clean, and thorough. Toilet installation of three toilets only took a few hours which was faster than expected. Would definitely use Bowers' again--make sure you ask for Matt!

Had a slow leaky bathtub faucet! Zach cane out in the morning to bid the job and came back the same evening to get it repaired!! He had to run to the store to find just the right part but took the time to make it right!! I appreciated him staying late to make sure the job was completed!
He was professional and worked hard! Very dedicated, will definitely continue to use them for future needs.

Bowers plumbing is the best! Damien was professional and does a great job. Highly recommend them from the office staff to price and to response time. Reliable and excellent work. Thanks guys!

They lie to you about the diagnosis and want you to pay extra for the service. Unreliable !
