Kirsten B.Had a slow leaky bathtub faucet! Zach cane out in the morning to bid the job and came back the same evening to get it repaired!! He had to run to the store to find just the right part but took the time to make it right!! I appreciated him staying late to make sure the job was completed!
He was professional and worked hard! Very dedicated, will definitely continue to use them for future needs.
Bowers plumbing is the best! Damien was professional and does a great job. Highly recommend them from the office staff to price and to response time. Reliable and excellent work. Thanks guys!
They lie to you about the diagnosis and want you to pay extra for the service. Unreliable !
aaron t.I cancelled this service completely because during the course of a week they called me every day trying to move the appointment. And then when I had a problem with it the woman on the phone started to bicker with me. Arguing with a customer is not customer service. It's just bad business.
Lacie V.Just experienced wonderful service with Damien and Mason! They got here bright and early to get the job done...I had a connecting pipe under my sink that had come loose and I do not mess with plumbing! They came in with friendly faces, tightened everything up in no time and gave me some great tips and info as a new homeowner! As a bonus, they checked my tub plug that was leaking and fixed that too! I highly recommend their services and with free estimates, you can't go wrong! Thank you Damien and Mason at Bower's Plumbing!
I finally had to bite the bullet and have my house 80 yr old house re-piped. A friend recommended Bowers Plumbing but I decided to get several bids before jumping in. Matt from Bowers Plumbing came in with a bid that was competitive and I also liked the ideas he had for the new bathroom I have planned for the near future. He spent a lot of time at my house going over specifics with me to be sure I would get exactly what I wanted. The Project Manager for my job was Chelsey. Her help navigating the permitting process was invaluable. I particularly appreciated how patient and responsive she was to my high maintenance moments. When it came time to actually do the work, Matt and his partner Zach went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner. They showed up when they said they would, communicated with us, cleaned up after themselves and even worked late into the night on their last day to wrap things up for us before the holiday weekend. EJ was on the exterior portion of the job replacing the sewer line. I was impressed with the attention he paid to leaving the site safe at the end of each day, with how quickly he was able to switch us over to the new line and with the quality of the restoration of our driveway and lawn.
I am not a plumber and truthfully wouldn't know good work from bad but in my experience people who take pride in their work, do good work. My new plumbing works great, it even looks good. Our inspections passed with flying colors for both portions of the work and the care that was taken to ensure that our home and property were improved and restored all tell me that these folks take pride in what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bowers Plumbing and look forward to working with them again when we are ready to install that new bathroom.
Didn't take the time to diagnose what was actually wrong with plumbing to resolve the issue. Just wanted to do the most obvious fix, which would have been a major job, and when completed wouldn't have solved the problem in the pipe beyond what they wanted to replace. Never emailed or mailed the quote we requested, or the bill. Office was overall disorganized. Got defensive when we politely tried to discuss issue on the phone (They did provide a small discount on the bill). Bill was far too high for the simple service/parts provided.
Bowers Plumbing was referred to me by the water restoration company I used. I phoned them for an estimate for rebuilding my walls and floors that were removed due to damage. When the representative came to my home, he said they could also lay my new flooring. He took measurements for everything, and I never heard from him again. I even contacted their office by email, asking for their estimate, but never got a reply.
I would give ZERO if I could....Bowers Plumbing sent a supposedly professional plumber to my house to diagnose and fix a water leak earlier this month. I had already torn all the wet drywall down from the area we suspected the leak was....yet this person insisted there was a ""pinhole"" leak 4ft away in an area I had a leak several years prior, and the water was running down the pipe to the area that was wet....the area he claimed the leak was in was an area that was totally dry. He completely missed the HOLE in the pipe exactly where I suggested the leak likely was. I paid over $700 for him to poke around and fix something that likely didn't need fixing....and they cover their rears by saying that they ""are not responsible for plumbing beyond the scope of work"".
I have had two great experiences with this company. My kitchen sink and my tub. Each plumber worked fast, fairly priced, and very personable. When I decide to gut my bathrooms, I will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs.
