Brandon from bowers plumbing is awesome. We had Vinny's plumbing come by to check out our kitchen sink and they said we needed a new garbage disposal and it would cost 788. I called Brandon from bowers plumbing for a second quote and he said the home builders didn't install the garbage disposal correctly so he just adjusted it and fixed it free of charge. That tells me this company is all about honesty and also they are very aware of the work they do and I can put my trust into this company 100 percent

Highly, highly recommend Bowers Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing help. We've had them come to our house multiple times in the past 2 weeks for some leaking and broken bathtub faucets.
This past visit, Aerin came out twice in the same day to help us with the broken cartridge in one of the faucets. During his first visit that morning he told me with great confidence what the issue was and explained how to fix it if we felt comfortable with DIY. We tried... we made the issue worse. He came out again that evening and was able to help us get the cartridge out. It's really amazing when a company does what they can to try to save the client some money - especially in this economy! Aerin is honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and not afraid to get blasted with water when trying to remove a stubborn, stuck cartridge!
Bowers will be the only plumbing company we will use in the future!

I cancelled this service completely because during the course of a week they called me every day trying to move the appointment. And then when I had a problem with it the woman on the phone started to bicker with me. Arguing with a customer is not customer service. It's just bad business. ...... UPDATE. I totally forgot that I left this original review. Since then our kitchen flooded and we needed to have the floors redone and the kitchen remodeled. I got a phone number from a friend and it happened to be this company's salesman. I went with them, not even realizing that this was the same company with this lady on the phone. Anyway I have been in construction all of my life; all I expect is a good job done and I understand about changing conditions and costs, but these guys suck and I'm tired of looking at some of the crappy work they left behind in my house and not leaving a review that says so. By the way the lady's name is Jacqueline and she's a real peach. First of all they subcontracted out my wood floors and THAT contractor did an outstanding job. Everything else is crap. The carpenters don't know how to set cabinets. My countertops dive down in the corner behind my sink. The trim is the worst and now I am going to have to fix it all myself. I'm so sick of looking at it. It is TERRIBLE. And the worst part is they kept talking to me like it couldn't be fixed, when I KNOW exactly what it takes to do it right. I just didn't want to have to do it and that's why I paid someone. The foreman didn't leave enough space for a standard refrigerator to fit and when I warned him he refused to fix it. The countertops were templated for what he left and the fridge didn't fit; so I had to have the countertops chopped off in place and the cabinets moved over. Needless to say I'm left with countertops that I paid 9,000 dollars for that have an eyesore at the end because they had to be chopped off. They will never look right. The corners on all the trim are just wrong. When you have bullnose corners you have to treat each one individually and no two will have the same angle of cuts. You do this because all walls are going to have anomalies (bows) in them so you make your cuts individually to make it as aesthetically pleasing as you can. This is far from that. DONT HIRE THIS SHOP. They suck. Also to top it off the language in their contract states that if they spend any time at all on estimating your job they are entitled to ALL of any money your insurance company gave you. Anyway I'll leave some pics.

We worked with Bowers to help us start our bathroom remodel project and the experience overall was very positive. The work they performed was professional and we are very satisfied with the project. Dan was our project coordinator and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and all of the guys were very nice and treated our home with respect. I would definitely recommend Bowers to anyone looking for a contractor.

I have never used this company, but I do know that there is something to be said about their integrity when I go to Safeway in Graham on 6/25/23 at approximately 840pm and see their vehicle plastered with their logo and info parked in a handicap spot without a handicap sticker or plate.

Now I am not saying they don't legit have handicap credentials but if you don't have your proof, park elsewhere. Especially if you are in your company vehicle.

Now I realize they are gonna probably defend this review by saying I didn't see the credentials but I looked good and hard before accusing anyone.

Our outside faucet was leaking for a few days so we called Bowers Plumbing. Aerin came out and looked at our faucet and told me it could be 2 things, either the stem or the hose bibb, he offered us to try DIY first and explained he offers this as they care about the customer and if they're able to do it ourselves it would save us money. We decided since he was here and we aren't that plumber savoy we'd have Aerin do it. Since it wasn't known for sure what the problem was we went with him replacing the stem, he said it would be an attempt still not knowing for sure what was wrong. He replaced the stem, had the part with him and when he turned the water back on it worked! Yah thank you so much Bowers Plumbing for being honest and saving the day.. Highly recommend

DON'T CALL BOWERS PLUMBING
If any of you need plumbing service DO NOT call Bower's Plumbing. They have been out to my house 4 time, 1st to unclog a drain, and that was not accomplished, so they sent the same technician out to fix it and his only solution was to rip out the entire drain, 40 feet of it, from my kitchen sink to the sewer line, thus ripping out the sheet-rocked and painted soffit in my basement. I sent him home.
Next they sent out an estimator, and he sort of agreed with the technician but offered to sell us some enzyme cleaner to see if that would work first.
We went to Lows and bought some commercial grade drain cleaner but this did not work.
Then we discovered that both traps under the kitchen sinks were leaking. The main sink's trap had completely become detached and my basement was leaking water in my storage room.
I called Bowers Plumbing again, and they sent a new technician out again, and I felt he went above and beyond to resolve our problems and for 7 days everything appeared to be working great.
This morning my husband went to the storage room to get the shop vac for work in the garage and noticed it was wet. He came back upstairs and checked under the sink and the trap was AGAIN detached.
I guess the Bowers Technicians try but don't know how to attach a sink trap.

So disappointed in this company. We hired them last year to fix a dripping shower piece. It was expensive but decided to call them again to help with clogged toilets. They augured 1 toilet, lifted septic lid, said our tank was full and charged us $355! I contacted the office asking for a manager to call us to discuss only to receive NO call. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend Bowers Plumbing.
