We worked with Bowers to help us start our bathroom remodel project and the experience overall was very positive. The work they performed was professional and we are very satisfied with the project. Dan was our project coordinator and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and all of the guys were very nice and treated our home with respect. I would definitely recommend Bowers to anyone looking for a contractor.

I have never used this company, but I do know that there is something to be said about their integrity when I go to Safeway in Graham on 6/25/23 at approximately 840pm and see their vehicle plastered with their logo and info parked in a handicap spot without a handicap sticker or plate.

Now I am not saying they don't legit have handicap credentials but if you don't have your proof, park elsewhere. Especially if you are in your company vehicle.

Now I realize they are gonna probably defend this review by saying I didn't see the credentials but I looked good and hard before accusing anyone.

Our outside faucet was leaking for a few days so we called Bowers Plumbing. Aerin came out and looked at our faucet and told me it could be 2 things, either the stem or the hose bibb, he offered us to try DIY first and explained he offers this as they care about the customer and if they're able to do it ourselves it would save us money. We decided since he was here and we aren't that plumber savoy we'd have Aerin do it. Since it wasn't known for sure what the problem was we went with him replacing the stem, he said it would be an attempt still not knowing for sure what was wrong. He replaced the stem, had the part with him and when he turned the water back on it worked! Yah thank you so much Bowers Plumbing for being honest and saving the day.. Highly recommend

DON'T CALL BOWERS PLUMBING
If any of you need plumbing service DO NOT call Bower's Plumbing. They have been out to my house 4 time, 1st to unclog a drain, and that was not accomplished, so they sent the same technician out to fix it and his only solution was to rip out the entire drain, 40 feet of it, from my kitchen sink to the sewer line, thus ripping out the sheet-rocked and painted soffit in my basement. I sent him home.
Next they sent out an estimator, and he sort of agreed with the technician but offered to sell us some enzyme cleaner to see if that would work first.
We went to Lows and bought some commercial grade drain cleaner but this did not work.
Then we discovered that both traps under the kitchen sinks were leaking. The main sink's trap had completely become detached and my basement was leaking water in my storage room.
I called Bowers Plumbing again, and they sent a new technician out again, and I felt he went above and beyond to resolve our problems and for 7 days everything appeared to be working great.
This morning my husband went to the storage room to get the shop vac for work in the garage and noticed it was wet. He came back upstairs and checked under the sink and the trap was AGAIN detached.
I guess the Bowers Technicians try but don't know how to attach a sink trap.

So disappointed in this company. We hired them last year to fix a dripping shower piece. It was expensive but decided to call them again to help with clogged toilets. They augured 1 toilet, lifted septic lid, said our tank was full and charged us $355! I contacted the office asking for a manager to call us to discuss only to receive NO call. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend Bowers Plumbing.

We've had many experiences with local and national contractors in the area. To say we've been mostly disappointed would be an understatement. However, once we learned of and hired Bowers plumbing & Remodel, we finally found our match.

We hired Bowers to remodel our kitchen including refinishing our hardwood floor and expanding that floor to the carpeted dining room. Bowers, is responsive, economical and very high quality. We had some special circumstances that Bowers was able to work around it to our satisfaction and delight.

Even when things out of our control went askew, Bowers stepped up and worked with us to not only come up with a satisfactory solution, but also in a satisfactory time frame. We were thoroughly impressed with the solution, which in our eyes was a superior solution to our original decision.

We were so satisfied with the work we had them rebuild our deck after the remodel was completed.

I called in a job that was a leak 18 inches from a washer hot water shut off in a copper pipe solder in a easy access area that had 96% of the sheetrock removed. 2 workers were sent. The estimate was close to $1200. Then they both were gone for almost 2 hours for parts. The 2 worked approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes each to finish job. Seemed like the verbal estimate had no mention of plastic replacement instead of copper or that parts would be of highest quality, or the approx. time for job completion... basically just a price. This was the first time I have ever seen two plumbers? working together on what I thought was a simple call. Replacement parts appear cheap and hot and cold water shutoffs are needlessly small and appear to be very cheap plastic. Need written estimate with details. I actually thought the estimate was for copper pipe replacement and quality metal water shut offs. ...Workers set up large shop vac in house hallway as a small amount of sheetrock was cut out and a bit more and there was some mold in the work area from the pipe leak. I asked if they had a HEPPA vac or maybe at least a flexible vent hose they could attach to shop vac exhaust so it could be vented OUTSIDE.... ...no... Their solution was to open my garage door 25 feet away that does not EVER vent out and I told them this. So approx 45 minutes of a larger shop vac blowing debris and white sheetrock and moldy dust THRU the vacuum and then inside and throughout the house just like shop vacs always do was their common work practice. Totally unacceptable and sooo easy to prevent. When they were done 8 feet away around a corner was a heavy coating of whitish dust on some high quality furniture and it was clearly visible on the floors, etc. I did appreciate Bowers being able to respond the day I called.
