The goal of John Milton Bowers in founding Bowers Plumbing was to ensure top-notch customer service. His focus was always on the customer’s best interests. The business is now led by Jim, Milton's son, who upholds the family tradition of timely and professional service. From our base in Wichita, we can efficiently serve both the city and its surrounding regions.
My name is Kendall Cooper, and I’m proud to say my grandfather-in-law, Milton, founded this company in 1955. Jim took over the business over 40 years ago and remains active today. I started working alongside Jim five years back and have enjoyed being part of this strong family-focused company. Here, everyone is treated like family—owners, employees, and customers alike. I have a wonderful wife and two daughters who are part of my life.

The plumber knew what he was doing, explained issues, gave me options and wasn't a pushy salesman. Jason was his name. He even gave me some additional advice about another issue while he was here. The cost is comparable to that of other companies and the current market. Overall, the value is higher because I know it will be done correctly the first time! There's a lot that needs fixing on my old home and Bowers will be who I can when the next job needs to be done.
