It should not matter if it is my disposal or one I purchased from you. My disposal was barely over a year old and had no issues prior to being reinstalled by your employee. The installation should still be done correctly. I purchased the correct parts to ensure the disposal would be installed correctly and it was not. After seeing the installation completed by a different plumber from another company it is plain to see that your employee failed to correctly install the garbage disposal. This has nothing to do with the function of the garbage disposal. It is unfortunate that not a single person within the company can understand that. It seems as if your company relies on the lack of knowledge of it's customers to sell them things they do not need. Thankfully I came across someone who was honest and documented the fact that it was in installation issue and not a functional issue. Sadly, you hide behind the work of another who states your work wasn't performed correctly causing a leak and no power to the garbage disposal. Perhaps you should take the lesson from a professional.

To anyone and everyone, please get a second, even a third opinion before using this company.

Had them come out because kept smelling gas in the house and outside when heater was running. They said that they didn't find nothing wrong, that maybe the exhaust was covered causing it to come back in home. Paid them their fee and they left not even a month later the heater stops blowing warm air so we had another company come out and come to find out the gas smell was most definitely coming from the heater because the heat exchanger is cracked and the gas valve isn't working. This could have ended alot worse for my family because not only was gas leaking into our home but carbon monoxide as well. Thanks for nothing Bowers
