Judith H.I have used Bryan Bowen for our backflow inspection on our irrigation system for years. Recently Bryan expanded his business to a full scale plumbing business. We have encouraged him all the way because of his excellent service. Recently we needed to have him service our tankless water heater. We had difficulty even finding a plumber in our area that would even work on that type of water heater. They were able to temporarily get us hot water immediately and came back to flush out the water heater and put us on a yearly schedule.
All new businesses go through growth and management issues. At first I had some difficulty with the chain of command as I had always dealt completely with Bryan, I am sure it will become just as smooth as every other part of a very reliable and reputable local business.
