Mr. Bowden reviewed our plumbing and electrical project, he was prompt and quick when we spoke on the phone to discuss the job. He inspected the project and told us it was doable and he would have the estimate for us after his family trip. After the first day, he never got back to us. We called and left a message, but didn't receive a call back. We texted him, he replied, """"I'll call you tomorrow,"""" but we have yet to hear from him. We gave him several opportunities to contact us and he still has not. We're disappointed.

Very unreliable. I tried to use this company twice and both times after his initial assessment of the situation and promises to come back to fix it, he never showed up and never returned phone calls. I even tried to call his 'Emergency Line' and the voicemail box was full. Fool me once...
