Get a firm quote prior to service. On two occasions they quoted jobs for me and were very high, on one (drain clean out) I was told $350 prior to work, I balked at price and he said he'd take off $75 but I said no as it would have been a half hour job.

very informative technician, I posted a four star rating as I was somewhat disappointed with the temperature that my units were achieving for hot water, immediately after me posting four stars, they came out to my house and adjusted my units to achieve higher temperatures. It was not something I thought could be done. It was amazing. Within one day they called me came out, took care of me and even made several improvements Service I can't say enough about this company. I'm extremely impressed and I put the customer first.

Hired Bow Tie Plumbing to repair a toilet and shut off valve that was leaking. I've used Bow Tie in the past and I've always been very impressed with their service and their prices and this was no exception. They arrived exactly on time and quickly repaired the toilet and shut off valve. They offer a one year guarantee on their work so I should not be having any more problems with this. Highly recommend this plumbing company!

Very happy with the job Bryson did. He was held up at one of his previous jobs, getting to my time slot later than we thought, but once he arrived he wasted no time. He even was kind enough to help educate my very eager husband about the situation while doing the work. They have a standard fee, but they're willing to work with you to make you happy.
