Billy is amazing. Tankless water heater was leaking and it was during the Xmas and New Year holiday season. Billy made it happened and we got hot water even though he was already fully booked!

He also saved us $$$ by getting the parts sent from the manufacturer (covered under warranty).

There's a lot of companies out there on Yelp. But if you give Billy a call, and talk for 5-10 mins, you will realize he's a straight shooter. And that won my business easily. Give him a call and 2-3 other plumbers, and you will see what I mean!

Found company on Yelp and glad I did! Called this morning with no running hot water.Billy was able to squeeze me in the afternoon.It was pouring rain when he came and he explained all my options with absolutely no pressure.I opted to have him replace my water heater with a new one.I was so grateful he was willing to do the work even in the pouring rain and not let my family be without hot water for the night.Most company's would have opted to install at a later date given the conditions.Now that's 5 star service!!Highly recommended.

We had a leak some where under the slab of our home .Billy was able to locate it . He and his crew were able to repair the leaks and assured me they would no leave until all my leaks were repaired . I highly recommend Bow Tie Plumbing. I received a fast and fair quote for a small job (toilet installation) via Yelp. When I called, they answered the phone quickly and scheduled the appointment within just a few days. We had a leak in our bathroom, turned out to be our hot water pipe under the slab, it created a flood in the front of our house. We called Billy and the next day he came out to temporarily fix the hot water valve so we could have some hot water while the pipes got repaired, so we were not left without any hot water. Bill gave an estimate for the repipe of our hot/cold water lines. His team came out and repiped our house in one day. He also referred us to a restoration company that came out to dry the water and clear our the damaged walls and flooring. From start to finish Billy was professional and courteous, helped us get through a very stressful situation.

THE BEST THERE IS.
I've been a homeowner in the area for over 35 years. I have had to deal with a lot of electrical, plumbing, etc. you name it. I've seen a lot of how these companies operate and we all know the dread of how they are going to keep making the prices up and adding additional fees and costs that make the experience of needing professional help in this context absolutely dreadful.

Well, this is NOT the case with Bow Tie. I was in a jam and I called over 10
local area companies on a weekend. The only one to be completely honest, affordable, responsive, friendly and really engaged with trying to help was Bow Tie.
I am a customer for life. They did an incredible job, were fast, efficient, supremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with financially. I only wish all the other types of home repair contractors behaved like Bow Tie.
