We have been using Bow Plumbing & Heating for about 25 years and have been satisfied with the work. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Worker always calls 5-10 minutes before arrival. Willing to work with you on the cost of your project and will answer any questions you have. Always have options for you to help you make a decision. They also stand behind their work.

Reliable, good work but very expensive. They give lump sum estimates with no parts and labor breakdown for good reason. Originally went with them in a time pinch. Although I thought it was overpriced they did a good job. The next time with no crunch pressure I again thought the quote was very overpriced - almost a grand for
about $350 in parts and less than two hours labor. Asked for parts and labor breakdown and was refused - basically take it or leave it. Got another area full service plumbing and heating company that did a great job for about $700.

Great honest family owned business. Had pressure issue in house and called them. They came right out and explained their thought process throughout the troubleshooting. They identified the issue and explained various options available to me.

There was no pressure, upsale tactics, or deceipt. A few house issues I was concerned about they put to rest for me as not an issue. They gladly answered all my questions.

Their price for service call was very reasonable. Very professional business that I will call again and recommend for plumbing issues.

I would HIGHLY recommend Bow Plumbing and Heating. Dealing with Joanne and Missy on the phone was as pleasant as it gets and the tech that came to do the service was Eric, he was professional, proficient and super friendly. He called prior to arriving and was here about 10 minutes when he stated that the belt on the furnace needed to be replaced and he replaced it... This experience went as good as it could! Very responsive, send professionals who are diligent in repairing problem .. or installing new fixtures, etc.. Reasonably priced ..
Have never had a problem with this company in the past 8 years .. They have performed 5 different repairs and 2 new installations during that tiem.
