I hired John Scott Plumbing to install a new gas boiler for me. At the completion of the job, they left the OLD furnace in my basement! Before I paid him the balance, I asked him to remove it. He said he'd have a couple of his guys come back in a few days to get it out. Here I am 5 weeks later and he has STILL NOT come back. I've called and emailed several times. He hasn't returned the messages. I was pleased with their work but very disappointed in this final little piece of business that is simple enough and would have left me feeling happy and satisfied, but instead, I'm left with an unhappy ending.

Purchased a split system heat pump from his business 2 years ago. A few weeks ago I had an issue crop up and called him to get the unit serviced. He said he would call back...he did not, so I had to call him again. He then told me he would try and come out about one week later. Didn't show up and did not call to re-schedule. I finally got fed up and scheduled another company that sells and actually services this equipment. They were very responsive and professional. John Scott finally called me back, a week later, after I scheduled the other company, and I told him he had his chances and I could not wait any longer. Very disappointing that someone who sold the equipment was so unreliable as far as servicing. Would never buy from him again.
