I've been a Bourne's customer for just over 2 years in Milton, VT. My husband and I had a Rinnai Heater installed in one of our buildings and it works great! We've always received great customer service, great prices, and our automatic delivery never misses a beat. I often forget about the need to check for fuel because they take such good care of us.

Granted it was a while back. however it's the same owner.
I am a retired oil burner tech. And was living in Waterbury VT.i stored some of my tools in the basement of a rental unit the Bourne's serviced. A 500. 00 test kit and a vacuum .I went down to get them. One day.amd they were gone . I went to the boiler room.not there. I saw a new service tag on the boiler.it said Bourne's. I went to Bourne's.and Mr Bourne. Said I was accusing him of stealing
I Sai no.not at all someone saw the equipment. And thought it might belong to them Bourne's. He got all pissed off called me a lie' r . I said I would let the police figure it out.less than a day later Mr Bourne called and said he had my vacuum.125.00 dollar item. But had no idea where my test kit was.
How about that !
