Everything was completely installed wrong, AC and Heating units. Nothing worked from day 1, he tried to blame the manufacturer and then when that didn't work me. Three years not one day without issues, came to ""fix it"" each time until I'm sure he realized when his sons installed everything from the duct work to the unit itself wrong, would cost him big money to replace he suddenly didn't want to. BBB is going to be contacted. Thanks to him I now have to shell out another $10,000 for a correctly installed unit from a knowledgeable company.

Bruce was contracted in June 2014 to replace the hot water tank and apply for the city permit for the apartment building under my care. He completed the installation in time but failed to file for the permit. The water tank replacement was an emergency job and it was allowed to apply for city permit after the work was completed. However, despite my repeated requests for the permit filing, he never followed up with the application. It is late November now and he still has not done anything. He promised to complete the permit at least twice amid my frequent requests but he did not deliver his promise. Recently he stopped answering my phone calls or texts

The tenants have been telling about the hot water being too cold since the installation of the new water tank. Bruce promised to go back to the site to adjust the water temperature. Again, he never went back. This year the cold weather came earlier than normal and the tenants have been suffering. I have left numerous voice and text messages to Bruce asking him to adjust the water temperature. He promised to do that three weeks ago but he never did. Recently he has been ignoring me completely.
