We scheduled an appointment with Boudreau to solve a persistent shower head leak. Val arrived on time and expertly solved the problem, despite having to deal with older plumbing behind the shower head and wall. He explained the problem and options to me and was persistent and creative in getting the problem fixed. This was not an easy or quick fix but the price for the job was very reasonable and we're done with that leak. I'd gladly use Boudreau again for plumbing.

Great customer service - very friendly and responsive. Dan and another associate came out to check our wall heater today after we called just this morning. He made sure to give me a window of time he'd arrive, then called when he was 20 minutes away. They did a diagnostic, found that nothing was wrong with the heater, but explained what could have gone wrong and what to do in the future. They did not charge for the test. We will definitely call them again.

This review is for customer service that I received with Bourdreau.

Our furnace failed on a Friday night after business hours and I called at least 20 HVAC companies on Saturday morning. I left many messages with companies. Bordreau's answering service told me I'd get a call back in 30 minutes. In less than 10 minutes on a Saturday, Dan called back and although no one was able to come out til Monday -- he assured me he'd call first thing Monday morning (and said that he hoped by then I'd have heat). His company followed up first thing Monday morning as he said.

I was impressed by their responsiveness & had it not been an emergency, I would have used Bourdreau to repair our furnace.

BOUDREAU PLUMBING AND HEATING local company- my gas furnace went out! I call company that I had previously used last year when my water heater went out! This company is very efficient, quick- and prices that average retired people can afford! Paul and Dan and rest of the people that come with you , I thank you again! You came and gave me price and next day installed new gas furnace- I respect your advises-- star/energy efficient --my house is now warm-- I recommend this company because they are honest and price that even retired people can afford! My first two appointments with Boudreau were to service our tankless water heater. Dan is terrific. He explains everything he's doing (per my interest) and teaches me/re-teaches me how to clean the filter. He's very upbeat and friendly. I have appointments the next two days for 1) a plumbing issue and 2) an HVAC install of an in-line blower for a new stovetop oven range. I have spoken with Valerie, who is very helpful and personable, to make my appointments, and when she wasn't sure about something, Paul, the owner, called me back in about 5 min. Bottom line: great service, timely appointments, friendly and helpful all-around.

My Noritz tankless water heater was down after 11 years of service. I called Noritz and I was given 3 companies to call. Boudreau was at the end of the list. I studied the 3 companies via their websites and Yelp. Eventually I decided to work with Boudreau. They have been around since 1951 and they are ""Local. Honest. Reliable"" people.

When I called, Glenn came to my house quickly. He did some troubleshooting and he ordered a transformer. Once the transformer arrived, Dan and Lenny replaced it. They did other diagnosis and replaced the ignition plugs. After 2 hours, all fixed. I watched these guys working. You can tell they are knowledgeable, they know what they are doing, they are nice, careful and they do a clean job. These days, it is not easy to find good technicians in the Bay Area. Their price is not cheap. But I think it worth it. They were totally booked. While they were working on my heater, they constantly received text messages and phone calls from their planner for the next jobs in the rest of the day.

Our mother is nearly 90 years-old. When the heating system in her home went on the ""fritz"" and she became uncomfortably chilled one recent Friday afternoon, we contacted a local plumbing company that she had relied upon in the past. They offered no help and, moreover, made no effort to contact one of their subcontractors to see if they could help us. We found this to be terribly inconsiderate and disturbingly dismissive if not outright reckless, not because the person involved was our mother but because there seemed to be little regard for the comfort and welfare of an elderly senior citizen. They didn't show the slightest notion of empathy or concern about the problem or the welfare of the person affected by it. This type of disregard cannot be overlooked and they don't get a ""pass"" on this.

When we called Boudreau Plumbing and spoke with Paul at 2:30pm that day, we were assured of service in the form of a technician service call by 5pm. We were happily surprised when, 30 minutes after speaking with Paul, a service technician, (Dan), rang the doorbell at our mom's front door! Dan was able to identify and resolve the problem, (a faulty thermostat), within moments and 20 minutes after his arrival, had restored mom's bedroom heating functions. Needless to say, Paul, Dan and Boudreau Plumbing will have mom's loyalty as well as her heating, air conditioning and plumbing business from this point forward.

Thank you to Paul, Dan and Boudreau Plumbing for all you did to protect the health and welfare of our mom by providing responsive and timely service.

Once again Boudreau saved us! On a Monday morning we had a broken line in our front yard, results of a tree roots...water gushing out into the street. Called Paul in a panic. He sent Val out to assess the situation and they turned the water off and were able to hook us up to our neighbors water to get us by. They started the work promptly Tuesday morning and relocated the main water supply around the tree. It was a HUGE trenching job and they completed it in three days and cleaned everything up nicely. We've used them since 2003 and I've never been disappointed by their work, or the quality of the people who do the work.
