I've used them to re-locate a gas pipe in my Kitchen. Fix a bathtub leak and clean a drain. Stop a leaking Bathtub faucet. They meet and exceed my expectations every time.

Outstanding service. We had a water heater break late on a Saturday night. Called their 24-hour line and Paul picked up. He talked us through the process of shutting off the intake water and gas to the water heater. He scheduled an appointment for the next day (Sunday) at 8 AM. He was there right on time, did the replacement work in 2 hours (exactly his estimate) and charged us exactly his estimate. He even came back when we discovered that some rust had come through the line and clogged our shower and bathroom sink valves. Now we have much better water pressure than before. We'll have him back in the future to work on other projects. An overall excellent experience.

if you have an emergency plumbing issue, Paul is the guy you have to talk to. I called him on Saturday evening because my shower and tub were clogged. He came on Sunday morning, assessed the situation, proposed to work on it and that it would be free of charge if he couldn't resolve the problem.
He did resolve my problems.

Besides being professional and reasonable in his pricing, I think Paul Boudreau is a very smart guy that you want to interact with for your house issues.

These guys showed up fast when I needed my water heater and stove checked for possibly gas issues. The support person answering the phone was courteous and responsive. I have used Boudreau Plumbing a few times in the past five years. The most recent time was last week when I needed a kitchen drain unblocked. The work done was excellent, and the plumber/owner of this family owned business actually arrived a little earlier that the agreed upon time. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to others.

I needed a new water heater. I spoke to a few of the more highly rated plumbers. Paul Boudreaux gave me the best price - 1155 for a new Rheem gas water heater with extra anode rod. I was a little surprised at how much it was, but calling around to several plumbers, this did turn out to be the best price by a considerable margin. This includes the permit from Palo Alto. The service man that he sent did a great job and left all the applicable paperwork. I would use them again if I had to do it all over.

I had them install my city sewage cleanout. They were quick, professional, and did a good job. Before I called them I had several other plumbers come out that gave me all sorts of stories of other things that should be done.

I have been using Boudreau since 2001, and they are an excellent, professional, reliable company. I'm astounded by some of the negative reviews here, but I guess it's hard to leave a positive impression when you're always dealing with the annoying/gross/unpleasant problems people are having.

Boudreau has installed a dishwasher for me, checked our heating system, fixed at least 3 toilets, diagnosed a sewer line back-up, cleaned out 2 shower drains, and helped me cope with a clogged clean-out (don't ask - so disgusting!!). But the most memorable time I called them was when water was dripping from our 3 year old ceiling (right below a bathtub). I freaked out, called, asked them to come ASAP, and they arrived within minutes. I was ready for them to tear out the entire ceiling on the spot, and was bracing myself for tens of thousands of dollars of repair costs, contractors, painters, etc. Instead they took a look at the bathtub and explained that it hadn't been sealed well enough and did a 5 minute repair. They turned out to be completely right, and we never had any problem again. I am grateful that they saved me thousands of dollars.
