Highly recommended! They are responsive, efficient, cost-effective, and also friendly. Our furnace was broken and they arrived within an hour to fix it. They do excellent work; we are repeat customers, and will continue to be.

although they did good work, i think their business practices are kinda sketchy. on the first visit to your property, they send a sales oriented technician and a real technician which tipped me off right away that a sales job was coming. My furnace was 30 years old and I actually knew I was probably going to need a new furnace soon. Forced air furnaces in general, are not complicated technology after all, so telling me bull shit things are wrong just because I'm a woman (although I have advanced degrees in mechanical engineering) I would have appreciated a straightforward person coming to talk to me about differnt kinds of furnaces but I didnt get that. I got the guy who acted like a crooked mechanic trying to upsell me by telling my left hand digitized access valve is defective and it'll cost over a thousand dollars to replace it, so you should just go ahead and buy a new furnace, lady. ... seriously, really. Not that old bs again. However the work was solid but overpriced. I only paid about a thousand dollars more than I should have. I am just making sure I warn others because you may want to go to another vendor like irbus, save some bucks and avoid the bs. If you do use these guys, expect a good job served alongside a side of bs.

We were without hot water or heat for three days after we smelled gas; PG&E detected a leak and shut off our gas.

I contacted several well-reviewed plumbing outfits and was astonished by the questionable characters (not actually plumbers) who came to my house--essentially trying to sell work for their plumbing companies.

In stark contrast to the other companies, Glenn and his assistant from Boudreau Plumbing brought tools, moved quickly, kept focused, and had the gas back on in two hours. Glenn found and fixed 4 leaks in the old gas line underneath our house.

We're delighted by the service, and the price seemed right.

I was blown away by how well trained the staff from office to tech. I called when another company installed a new heater. The problem it was done so poorly. The tech Dan came and told me why water is leaking on my new heater. He told me exactly how to correct and what would happen if not done. He came next promptly and worked to undo another company's mistakes. The finished job looks great and the price was fair. I have decided all further work with A/C and heating this company will do for me. Their work was clean with nothing to pick up after.

Big Thank You to Valerie for managing and scheduling our replacement water heater and Senior Tech Val Ostrin for doing a great job.

We discovered a leak on our 16 year old water heater and called Boudreau Plumbing the next day. Valerie worked with me on scheduling a technician to come out for an estimate and Val arrived within an hour or two. He was fantastic to work with. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered options for repair or replace. Given our specific situation, replacement was the best long term option. Val made arrangements with Valerie on the spot to return the next day to replace the water heater.

The next day Val arrived on time and got right to work. Within 3 hours, he replaced our water heater and brought all fittings up to code. He ensured that all the air was bled out of the lines and that I had good water pressure and hot water throughout the house. He made double sure that there were no leaks from any of the gas lines.

This kind of service availability and professionalism is so important. I highly recommend Boudreau Plumbing.

This is a long overdue review from right before Thanksgiving 2020. Our fridge died on us a week before Thanksgiving, and did not have a water line connected. We had a water line that was not active when we finally moved the old one out.

We sourced the fridge, and had a hard time finding someone to come out within 1-1 days notice. Boudreau to the rescue!

Glenn was great in communicating the plan and we worked together to identify the issue the prior owner had with the water line. There was a leak in the connector. He replaced the connector and drained out the old line with clean water before connecting it to the fridge.

For Thanksgiving, we had ice from our ice machine and filtered water through our fridge thanks to Glenn and the team at Baudreau plumbing!

We just called them today for a leaking shower due to a worn out valve stem; it's an older shower stall. Keeping our fingers crossed they can fix it without needing to pull out the pipes from behind the tiles.

Been using Boudreau Plumbing and Heating for many years and I will continue to use them. They are on time. The office staff and the field staff have been there long enough to have loyalty and continuity. I am a landlord with a dozen apartments built after WW II. The apartments have seen many plumbing changes and upgrades over the years. Boudreau knows our units and keep us up to code and safe. They have been to our home for a sump pump, tandem hot water heaters and more. Their trucks are clean and look new. The staff brings clean canvas from the door to the job site. Never a mess to clean up afterwards. Like they have never been there and left just the way you want your home or office. They have big strong guys who can lift heavy plumbing down to tiny guys who can wiggle through your crawlspace with ease.

These guys are the best, don't hire anyone else. Our water heater blew up and these guys came out and replaced it the next day...and it was in the attic! Val was a pleasure to work with and we will use them for any of our plumbing needs.

My air conditioner went out and I was recommended this company by my neighbor then I looked on Yelp and saw all the great reviews. I called them and within an hour and a half they were at my home. The technicians name was Dan, and because of the pandemic he came with his mask on and immediately started to work on my condenser. He said the capacitor was bad and had the parts in His truck already. He also cleaned out tons of debris that had fallen into the grill at the top of the condenser. He spent three hours and also went into the attic and change the furnace filter. Great job. I will always be calling this company in the future.

Val came to my house yesterday to look at a leak, which we thought was a leaky pipe. He checked around very thoroughly and determined the pipe we thought was leaking was not the culprit. Instead, it was water getting in behind the bathtub fixtures. We were so relieved. Easy job to fix. Glad he didn't pull out the pipe like we suggested. That would have been a huge project.
