I started working with Boudreau Plumbing when I bought my first home during the recession. Boudreau was just about the only handful of plumbing companies that didn't fold, as their reputation was strong. Their pricing is fair and they do good work, both on the plumbing and the HVAC end. I have worked with Paul, Dan and Val. I have used them on two of my homes as well as for my interior design clients.

Boudreau charged me over $300 to come out for an estimate to replace my furnace/water heater. Over a month has passed since they visited, and despite my repeated requests, I have yet to receive any response from them on what they can or cannot do.

Yes my heater is rather unique, involving a furnace heated by the water heater, and the house is over 80 years old, but I would expect at least some follow up.

Follow up did finally occur and now my heater is finally working. Good thing that winter is over now.

But congratulations on being the only firm capable of fixing my rather difficult system-- involving both furnace and plumbing!

I hired Boudreau Plumbing & Heating to look at a noise that was coming from my American Standard heater that had been installed back in 2001 and had never had any maintenance done to it except for filter change annually. Dan assessed it and made very reasonable repair suggestions such as a tune-up and inspection on all electrical components. In addition recommended replacing the old PVC flue pipe. I can tell already that the system is running better and more efficiently. Not only that but the demeanor and friendly service makes for a complete and pleasant experience. I recommend this company.

Have called on Boudreau last couple of years. Most recently, they installed a faucet for us earlier in year. About a month ago, it started getting loose. I called, spoke to Val, and she set up appointment for me that week - no cost to have it fixed.

Can't beat when a company stands behind their work and wants happy customers.

Boudreau was excellent! Customer service was easy and professional. They had someone come out quickly when we needed to check the level of air flow in our children's rooms as it takes longer to cool them than the rest of our house. Lenny was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He offered helpful suggestions and explained things to us in a really easy way. Highly recommended!

We scheduled an appointment with Boudreau to solve a persistent shower head leak. Val arrived on time and expertly solved the problem, despite having to deal with older plumbing behind the shower head and wall. He explained the problem and options to me and was persistent and creative in getting the problem fixed. This was not an easy or quick fix but the price for the job was very reasonable and we're done with that leak. I'd gladly use Boudreau again for plumbing.
