Mike E.I had an issue with water leaking into my ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. Chris came out and resealed the toilet which needed to be resealed due to a faulty wax seal. He checked the shower and ran the water but no leak. He ended up finding the leak in the shower and was relentless in his efforts. He fixed the problem and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs as I've used them in the past for routine stuff but this problem was stressful because of water leaking and they resolved it and at a fair price. They were quick to respond and send someone out and very professional !
Steve H.I have a GeoSpring Hybrid water heater. The fault code told me I needed a new lower heater element, GE sent me the part for free. I called Botticelli. They needed to do a diagnostic to determine that I needed a new lower heater element then they replaced it.
