I've used them twice in the last month or so, I can't say enough good things about them! They will always be my first phone call when I'm in need of any plumbing in the LA area. I'm in Santa Monica.
Both calls to them were last-minute and they showed up same-day, fixed the issues and were very reasonably priced. Best of all, they're great guys. Love supporting good, local service providers.

Looking at the reviews - some folks in Santa Monica need to get off their self entitled pedestals (what happened to ""we have the right to refuse service to anyone""). Respect gets respect. Anyway...Jerry was amazing and so responsive to help me with a unexpected sudden leak. Very professional and timely. I grew up in Los Angeles and I also was a general contractor on building my house. All is I can say is that I have dealt with all types in the building industry in Los Angeles. Also not a spring chicken. This was not my go to plumber also but just opened a business in Santa Monica so needed quick help. I would just say he is a good trustworthy guy and very knowledgeable. Back to my first thought - Discount any 1's on yelp. They just complain because they are unhappy or enjoy it.

Unfortunately, I called to ask if they work with HOA. The guy that picked up the phone only said: ""No, they are nightmares""... and one second after he said ""I have to go"" and he hang up on me.
Awful and rude attitude, no need for that.
I can think of ten different ways of saying they don't work with Associations without being rude.
Poor customer service, very poor...

What great plumbers! They came on time and did such a wonderful job! And I was given a excellent price! The plumbers were clean, kind, and quick! I will only go to them now for my plumbing needs and whoever uses them will be happy! Thank you so much again!

Wow! It's so special to get a service from someone so knowledgable and patient. Jerry knew exactly what to do, and even taught me how to do it, and gave me recommendations to keep my plumbing healthy for the future. It's so refreshing to see such an honest and helpful business. I have hired other plumbers in the past. A friend recommended Botham Plumbing and they have been my only plumber since. Incredibly professional in every way. They are more than capable of managing and fixing any Plumbing & Heating need. Recently they came out on a Weekend to install a new Hot Water Heater on a moments notice. I highly recommend & trust them for all my Plumbing & Heating needs in the future. They are 1 of the Good Guys :)

Went out of his way to be helpful when I called even though he doesn't service my type of water heater, he found me someone who would, their number, and told me what to ask for. Very helpful even knowing I would not be using/paying them. Much appreciated!

Top caliber service, knowledge and experience..

Botham plumbing and heating has studied mutt needs as an architect, home owner and renter. I have comfortably referred the company to clients and Realtors, and have used them successfully at my Santa Monica apartment. My other home is 100 miles away, or of use them there as well.

Called to see if they can fix a quick leak. Receptionist said no, we can't. I asked ""You can't right now because your busy, or because this isn't a service you offer?"" and he freaked out: ""Who are you to think we don't do such a service?! This is a full service plumbing..."" - and I interjected and said ""OK"" and hungup the phone before he could continue being smug. So, of course he then calls me back 3x in a row with the company phone number, just so he can hangup when I answer. Very professional.

Thankful I found out in advance not to work with these people.

I suggest you work on your communication skills. Speaking to potential customers in a condescending tone is not exactly a way to win business.
