1000000/10. I highly recommend this team. I had a digital reverse osmosis versus the usual tank ROs and they took the time to truly get to know thoroughly how to install it. I truly appreciated the fact that we had a unique situation with this new tech item that they were more than willing to learn even after years of being in the industry.

Even once they installed it, they stayed a little longer to make sure it was "flushing" correctly and they let me know to give them a call anytime if something comes up.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced with a new one that I had purchased and my hot water valve under the sink replaced. Luke, from Botello Plumbing came out on the agreed date and time, and was punctual. He gave me a reasonable and fair quote to do the work, so I agreed, and he got started. He was quick, clean and professional about the work. Prior to leaving he double checked the new faucet and the valve. After he left, We started using the kitchen faucet and it began leaking internally. We called Botello plumbing and David answered and told us they would be back out. Within 30 minutes, Luke returned and that's when we found out we had purchased a defective faucet. We contacted Moen, and was told they would send replacement parts out but would take a couple of days. Luke said if we got another locally, he would install it free of charge!!! We went to HD and bought another. He installed it and all was well. I tried to pay him for his additional time and he refused the money and said, this was a customer service call and was more important to have a satisfied customer than the extra money. I will be calling Botello Plumbing for my needs because they are all about the customer! Thanks for all you did Botello Plumbing and Luke!

I have used David and Botello Plumbing 3 times in the past two months. He responds right away and everything was repaired properly the first time.
In fact, the first time he came out was for a stopped up toilet the day after Thanksgiving--and did not even charge us. The issue required followup service.
I highly recommend this plumbing service. And both David and Luke are genuinely nice people.

Forty years of home ownership has seen some plumbing issues arise and get fixed. David and his crew are perhaps the best to date. Unlike others, he took pictures before and after. Explained everything in detail before and during. Used parts that I as a homeowner expected. Brought our older home up to code for both heaters. Now we are set for years and safe. He even fixed a few of those " saw them and fixed" for free old house items. Spent the time to do it right and was pleasant the entire time. As a master plumber we would recommend him for any needs. Our go to guy from here on out. Checking on line (Angie list, and nextdoor, etc.), we discovered that David is not only honest but reasonable. He installed two heaters with all new lines, copper, valves, gas lines, water and gas valves as ours were circa 1983, to code drainage and a new cat walk to reach our little out of the way unit. Total, 4.6 k. Checking on line this would have been 1k plus more. Thanks Botello plumbing.

I had a couple issues- my toilet fixture and my kitchen sink faucet had a big leak. David and TJ came out Monday afternoon after I emailed them that morning. They fixed my toilet, which took 10 minutes and then noticed I needed a total new faucet so they couldn't do it Monday. I bought the fixture yesterday and texted them and David came out this morning at 9 and put it in very quickly. He is a very personable guy and Botello prices are so reasonable and said if I had any issues, to give him a call. Best plumbers I have used in all my years in my home.

Love David and his team! Super quick response time for getting an in-person estimate from him! Instead of making up ridiculous pricing like many plumbers out there would do, he was pretty reasonable, honest and straightforward per my situation. As I am still evaluating the old bathtub/shower (faucet/drain) situation at my 1977 built condo, I will go with him if I decided to have the replacement done. David is very open to questions and whatever plumbing concerns you have, please ask him right away! He will be there to help you. Highly recommended!

He responded very quickly to my work request and came out the next day. He was right on time and super nice and patient while waiting to be let in since we ran a bit late. He checked my plumbing issue for me and fixed it immediately. He was super professional and overall a pleasure to work with.
