I have called on David several times since my wife and I moved into our house back in 2022, and he has always provided excellent service. He and his team have repaired multiple leaking gas lines (stove and HVAC), replaced the on/off gas valve for our fireplace (after we came home to a house that smelled like rotten eggs!), installed a new 40-gallon Bradford White water heater, and fixed a leaking AC condensate line in our attic. His responsiveness is terrific, quality of work top notch, and pricing fair and reasonable. He is a veteran and runs an honest, family-owned business (his teenage son shadowed him last summer). I highly recommend Botello Plumbing & Fixtures!

1000000/10. I highly recommend this team. I had a digital reverse osmosis versus the usual tank ROs and they took the time to truly get to know thoroughly how to install it. I truly appreciated the fact that we had a unique situation with this new tech item that they were more than willing to learn even after years of being in the industry.

Even once they installed it, they stayed a little longer to make sure it was "flushing" correctly and they let me know to give them a call anytime if something comes up.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced with a new one that I had purchased and my hot water valve under the sink replaced. Luke, from Botello Plumbing came out on the agreed date and time, and was punctual. He gave me a reasonable and fair quote to do the work, so I agreed, and he got started. He was quick, clean and professional about the work. Prior to leaving he double checked the new faucet and the valve. After he left, We started using the kitchen faucet and it began leaking internally. We called Botello plumbing and David answered and told us they would be back out. Within 30 minutes, Luke returned and that's when we found out we had purchased a defective faucet. We contacted Moen, and was told they would send replacement parts out but would take a couple of days. Luke said if we got another locally, he would install it free of charge!!! We went to HD and bought another. He installed it and all was well. I tried to pay him for his additional time and he refused the money and said, this was a customer service call and was more important to have a satisfied customer than the extra money. I will be calling Botello Plumbing for my needs because they are all about the customer! Thanks for all you did Botello Plumbing and Luke!

I have used David and Botello Plumbing 3 times in the past two months. He responds right away and everything was repaired properly the first time.
In fact, the first time he came out was for a stopped up toilet the day after Thanksgiving--and did not even charge us. The issue required followup service.
I highly recommend this plumbing service. And both David and Luke are genuinely nice people.
