Great to deal with. Our furnace went, and needed to be replaced. They were a little busy, and tough to get a hold of at first, but worth the wait. The price was great, and they installed in a few hours. There was one minor follow-up issue with the AC, but Scott was back before I could blink to fix it. Would definitely recommend.

Back in I believe it was towards the ending of October. I was calling around to get estimates on repairing or replacing a oil furnace because mine was completely broken. Scott was fast at getting back to me and fast at coming by to see what was going on . With in a week he was at my house at working . He is a person of his word and responsible with his prices. He might be a one man show but he gets the job done. I plan to reach out to him on another project that him and I talked about. He also follows up with his work.. Thank you Scott!

I can't say enough great things about this company. When my heat failed to work on a surprisingly cold night in November I may have called 10 different companies with no answer. Boston Boiler called and was at my house 15 minutes after we talked. It was clear that it was the end of his work day, but he still took the time to take a look, fix the problem, and make my condo bearable again. I called Boston Boiler this morning when I could not get my furnace to work the past 2 nights. An hour later, Scott came over with another worker and was able to diagnose the problem (a loose electrical connection) almost immediately. My furnace is back to normal and there was no charge for the job. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

I just moved to Jamaica Plain from New York and I've needed a lot of help getting used to owning a home here in Boston. Scott has been absolutely wonderful. He installed a gas furnace for a reasonable price and much more quickly than anyone else I could find. He also went out of his way during a particularly cold spell last winter when he knew I was abroad - texting me about turning on the heat. If it wasn't for that, my pipes would definitely have frozen and burst.

This guy SCOTT is absolutely horrible. Says he will be there. Never showed. 3 times. Says to leave my door open all day. Never showed. Will not call back either. Terrible terrible business. Then he said he showed up while I was at work and he didn't. I have cameras at my house idiot. You were never there. It's now time to report this guy and call the papers. Absolute jerk. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

These guys are the best! My boiler failed during the the blizzard of 2015, and I had no heat. The first guys I called said the repairs would cost close to 2000$. Scott literally saved me that day! Came over, fixed the boiler in 10 minutes, all 250$. Big difference no? Now I'm warm and comfortable. Scott is an honest, pleasant, courteous man whom I would recommend to my friends every time.

These guys are great! After my boiler stoops worker on a Sunday, I tried calling some of the bigger companies in the area with no help. Scott was out here first thing Monday morning and fixed the problem quickly while taking the time to explain the boiler to me. I asked him about it because I've never had oil heating before. I will definitely use them anytime I need any work on the boiler, and I will recommend them to all my friends.
