My home warranty contacted them due to a leak. The tech guy that came out was super friendly but the customer service was horrible. You can't talk to them by phone. They only text you. They missed 5 appointments with me in less than a week and a half. Sometimes they wouldn't even respond back. I called off work on 2 separate days They promise because of all the missed appointments the owner said he was going to pay for 2 new toilets. Found out. My warranty did. Not the owner but they never responded to put the toilets in after lol. Had to call my home warranty to go with a different company. Fixed the leak same day!

In mid-December, we initiated a home warranty service call, and the company referred us to Bosa Nova Plumbing. An appointment was scheduled for that day, but after two weeks without contact, we received a request to rate the service provider. Confused, we contacted our home warranty company to express our concerns, as we were still awaiting Bosa Nova's visit. We then requested the contact information for the service provider.

Finally after getting a hold Bosa Nova, the technician arrived during the first week of January but refused to enter our home until we paid a $100 fee. After assessing the issue, he promised to complete the repair by January 15th. January 15th passed and again no communication until we initiated it, he informed us that a part needed ordering, delaying the repair another two weeks. When questioned why he waited to order the part... he responded, ""I don't know what to tell you,"" and rescheduled for January 24th. On that date, he neither called nor showed up. We called and texted multiple times again, but all were unanswered until January 30th, when he claimed to have the part and set a new date of February 5th. Again, he failed to show or communicate.

Today Feb 6th, after multiple attempts to reach him, he finally responded, stating he needed to reschedule for tomorrow Feb 7th. When we expressed our frustration and sought a firm commitment, he replied, ""I will not be servicing your property; find someone else."" He further added, ""We do not service rude people.""

Bosa Nova is a company that believes the expectation of reliable and timely service is RUDE.

Let me start by saying if I could give this company negative stars I would. Bossanova plumbing, specifically the owner Dan is one of the worst service providers we have ever come across in Havasu. We ended up filing a formal complaint with our home warranty company (who actually said they have received numerous complaints on Dan and they will be looking into this matter further) hopefully they completely remove him from their list of providers so no one else has to deal with what we went through. From the moment we reached out to Dan we were met with rudeness and snide condescending remarks. He won't text or call you back to the point you feel you are hunting this man down...just to coordinate a home repair!!! We set up NUMEROUS appointments for him to evaluate and determine the issue and he literally FLAKED on each and every appointment and then he LIED to our warranty company stating he called and knocked on our front door but no one answered so he left. COMPLETE BLATANT LIES!!! We have a ring camera and he NEVER knocked on our door. Dan is the most unprofessional man we have come across and we are convinced it is due to his LACK of KNOWLEDGE about plumbing and INCOMPETENCE in the field of plumbing!!!! Save yourself the time and headache and find a different plumber!!! Run don't walk from DAN AT BOSSANOVA PLUMBING!!!! What a JOKE of a man and WANNABE plumber!!!!!

First, our garbage disposal broke, then we discovered our sink baskets were leaking--luckily, Dan came to the rescue! He did an amazing job getting everything fixed quickly and efficiently. His communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Dan with Sassanoba Plumbing for anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing services!
