Had some pipes leaking under my house and once again called Boss. It was a big job but they worked long and hard to replace all the leaking pipes. The guys were professional and kept me up to date on the progress each day. When I need plumbing repairs I always call Boss, I know they will fix it right the first time.

First it was difficult to get anyone but the answering service. They have very short working hours. I was told one plumber was coming and then someone else showed up. They were very late. There was a pipe leak underneath the bathroom sink. I should have stayed home to supervise the work. The insulation and wall he ripped out was thrown in my kitchen trash can!!! There was no note or phone call explaining the hole in the wall, that they would have to come back, the open cabinet doors, or dirty rug on my bathroom floor. I called them again, told them off then sent out the plumber who was suppose to come the first time and everything was then fixed and he was neat and tidy. This happened over a year ago and I was too upset to write a calm review. So here it is - very calm - no thank you.

About a year ago, I had 4 different plumbers come and tell me that my bathtub was unfixable. I called in Boss and though they needed to open up the wall, they fixed the problem at a considerable savings to us.

I had them come out to perform a video inspection of my sewar line and to give me an estimate on the repairs.

First off they charge money just to show up. Then they tried to pile on extra charges for me to even get an estimate ($150 to locate the problem, $100 to write up the report and submit an estimate). After all of that their estimate came in at over $17,000.

The first plumber I called for a second opinion offered to come out for FREE. He even performed a video inspection FOR FREE. (Boss Plumbing charged $250 for the same video inspection). The other plumbers high end estimate for the same job was $4,000.

I called two other plumbers who each bid the job between $3,000 to $4,500.

Don't use these guys unless you are prepared to overpay! I called this plumber because they were in the area and was surprised to learn that they charge $89 just to come out and give an estimate (to move some plumbing in my kitchen). The estimate was absurd... about 3 times the other estimate! I was left with the feeling that their business model is based on those $89 fees they collect for giving estimates.
