My water pump went out. Called Hodges. They came out checked replaced my pumped. very friendly and efficient. They were very courteous and cleaned everything up. Thanks for such wonderful service!

Moving to the area and Hodges came recommended. So I called them to get a quote for some future work, but needed the quote ($) before my inspection period ran out. Day went by without a call back. I finally called back and got 2 different people to speak to until I got the person I originally spoke to. To make a long story short, we are too busy and haven't had time yet to get you a quote. Then she said that we would have to go see the place to give you a correct quote. Well, I called you to get that done, you did nothing and now I'm out of time. I said that the real estate agent can let someone in at anytime since it's a remote unlock scenario. I told them all this the first time I called. Last thing she said was: I don't know what to tell you, he is busy. I guess. He is the only person that can do an estimate. I mean I wasn't talking about a dripping faucet. I need cast iron drains replaced and copper plumbing on a 1968 beautiful house. Guess too busy to get of their butt and do what you say you're going to do. Terrible terrible organization and communication. If you can't do it. Then say that. Don't string people along.

Had them come out to check out plumbing in laundry room. They installed a hot water faucet for a washer. Two days later the connection they installed split and water rushed into the laundry room. Calling the office was not helpful because the woman who answered the phone stated the the problem was my fault because I would not replace all the pipes. I hung up because I did not want to argue while standing in three inches of water. They refused to come back to fix the problem BECAUSE I hung up and was rude to the woman. Called another plumber who came out and replaced the defective connector. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am new to the area and needed a licensed plumber to assist me. Hodges plumbing was able to take a problem that I had and make it no more. They did a terrific job at making the process easy and would use them again for any of our further needs in this area.
