Kathy R.Jim Borghese is one of the most reliable owners of a business I have dealt with and the most honest. For years I have counted on him because of his fast service, and I think most reasonable pricing. He handles small fixes and has handled big projects for our townhouse building. He responds fast and has techs out right away. He is the best.
But better news. I just discovered he also has an HVAC service which I will describe as the Rolls Royce of HVAC service. They run tests which I have never experienced with any HVAC companies before. Most go to look at my unit and say everything's fine which just happened twice this last month. But I didn't have heat and they said we will come back after the Holidays. I then called Jim and discovered he had an HVAC service. Jim sent Jeremy out almost immediately. Jim's guys Jeremy and Jimmy ran tests and showed me pictures and everything wasn't fine. It was awful. Jeremy installed new parts which I could see I definitely needed and Jimmy the master tech did one last little tweak he said and for the first time in weeks I have heat. I am grateful.
HC S.Had a great experience getting an old shower valve replaced. Went quickly and smoothly which brought the cost down considerably. Collin did the work-excellent and professional plumber. Would not hesitate to call for any other plumbing problems.
