Needed a reliable plumber fast, and that is exactly what we got with Bore's Plumbing! Not only did they arrive before the scheduled time, the office called ahead and let us know they were on their way and would most likely be early, would that be okay??? Heck yeah! They arrived, were extremely courteous and professional, did the job, explained everything that was done, the price was exactly what was quoted and they were on their way! By the way, the work area was probably cleaner than when they started.... If you need a plumber, give them a call, we have used Bore's a few times now and they are fantastic!

Hired to swap in three new toilets, a lavatory sink/faucet, and fix an outdoor hose bib. Showed up an hour late, installed new faucet on old sink claiming not to know about new sink after having moved it out of the way. Installed one new toilet with a gigantic crack in the tank that I had to point out was leaking. Installed the sink crooked with the messiest caulk I've ever seen. Took four hours and didn't do the third toilet or the hose bib. I went back to double-check and on one of the toilets, the nuts on the base weren't even hand-tight, just barely spun down to the base. Giving two stars because nothing seems to leak on the work that was done, but definitely won't be calling them back. Called another company for the rest of the work.

Excellent !! being a new home owner I've had to call on a lot of different contractors recently and all I can say is Bores did not disappoint on any level. Kind , and so efficient ,took care of me immediately. crew was awesome

Jerry was knowledgeable, nice and he took care of the issue same day. The other guys were trying to give me a much more complicated solution that would have cost more.

i was told before the job began that i would have a 30 day warranty, and then told afterwards that there would be no warranty at all.
after disputing this with the owner on the phone, she did offer me a 10 day warranty, but i still think i shouldn't have been told one thing before the job,and a completely different and opposite thing afterwards.
also, she insulted me during our conversation, which was not only unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate, it was just plain rude.
i'm a paying customer of hers, and i deserved way more respect than what she felt the need to give me, which was none at all.
and the 2 workmen, who were also a bit rude and unprofessional in how they treated me, left a total mess for me to clean up after they left. a moderately large amount of water and debris was all around the repair site---they didn't clean up one bit of it themselves.
TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

My 78 year old mother spent $900 to have her toilet and kitchen sink repaired. The toilet won't flush and the sink barely dribbles. Company offered no resolution. Go anywhere but here.

I woke up on Sunday morning and had 3-inches of standing water in the basement. NO, tell me it's not so!!! Bore's plumbing was recommended by another professional plumber. I called. They were prompt, professional, and arrived ready to do the job. They cabled the lateral line. The cause of my problem was most likely tree roots. They cabled the line with a massive piece of equipment on the truck and, boom, problem resolved -- with the water emptying down the drain!!! The service was prompt, the price was fair, and, more importantly, my problem is history. I definitely recommend this company. Good work deserves good reviews. Thanks. It was the best money I spent today.
