I strongly recommend avoiding their services. I wish I had read some of these reviews before giving them a call, but i really wanted someone in ASAP to take a look at my plumbing. Long story short, the guy showed up over half an hour early, woke me up, told me that he could do nothing for me since apparently my plumbing system was ""too old"", was very rude and unhelpful when asked further questions, and then charged 96$ for the 2-minute visit. Complete waste.

Awesome! That's all I have to say! I had a kitchen sink that was not draining at all. After a bad experience with another company (who said I had probably had a broken pipe, would need to have the pipe excavated, etc.), I called Booze. I have used them in the past and had good service. They made an appointment for the following day and kept me posted on their arrival time. The plumber said that it was a bad clog, but that there was not a broken pipe. Super nice, very professional. They are our ""go to"" plumber from now on .... I won't make the mistake of calling someone else again!

These guys are solid professionals. Sure they cost, but so do all plumbers, electricians and other pros. I usually use my handyman for routine jobs, but this one was trickey. I'm glad I called these guys, because I could have very easily been told that the solution required a much more involved and expensive effort. As it was, the plumber did not hesitated to admit the difficulty of the repair and called his boss twice to consult. It worked out fine, and I'll definitely use them again.

I call them for a leaky shower, they fixed it but charged me $140 for an hour's work. I am not an expert but I've asked around and it does not take an hour to fix a leaky faucet. Since they did not mention any complication and the receipt show just the materials for a regular repair, I believe the guy just faked it until an hour passed, and good chances are that I got fleeced. Never again.

Quite honestly, I love this place. Booze Plumbing has been around forever and what I like most about Booze is that the staff is very knowledgable and really know their parts and repairs business. I am a do it yourself person with an old home and everytime I have had plumbing issues, I have always been able to get a quick lesson on installing certain parts as well as obtaining hard to find parts. I highly recommend this business!

I had a very bad morning, complete with discovering a pinhole leak in the utility closet, yay! Booze had someone at my house within an hour of our call. The mechanic was able to diagnose the issue quickly, explain the fix and he got right to work.

Before long he was done, explained what he had done and asked if I had any questions. I appreciated that he also mentioned the age of the water heater and mentioned it would be something to keep an eye on.

He gave me good, fast, professional and most importantly trustworthy service. Will definitely use them again (just hope it's not because that water heater dies!)

We have used Booze on several occasions. They are very considerate of our time, quick to respond and very friendly. I found the prices to be in line with other plumbers I have used. John is very helpful and even called me at before 7AM one day when I asked him to. Miguel was very skilled and installed a new toilet and an Insta-hot for me in less than 2 hours. It would have been shorter if he wasn't so polite and willing to listen to me talk to him.

My parents needed some plumbing work done and went with Booze after a friend recommended them to me. Apparently the service was solid but the price was just insane, somewhere around $400 for an hour's worth of work. I don't expect skilled labor to be cheap but $400/hr? Come on.
