We've used Boots Plumbing before and were pleased; that's why I called them to replace a leaky back flow. It took a month and a half of calling, no answer, calling, no reply to voicemail, finally setting up an appointment and then they didn't show up 3 times. I only knew they weren't coming each time because I called them. They didn't call me. Also their emailed estimate said 2 backflows for a stated price, but they only installed one. When I questioned that, the woman who answered the phone was, supposedly, too much in a hurry to talk, rude, and extremely combative...as if it was my fault the estimate said 2. She hung up on me. Wow...won't ever use them again. Never been treated so rudely for asking a question. I can understand that maybe there was a typo, but...I wouldn't be compelled to write this review if she had simply been polite.

On May 28 & 29, 2024 Bootz Plumbing did a whole house water repipe. A fee of $100 was charged for the permit. Every week since then, I have called Bootz Plumbing to ask about a Sarasota County inspection. Today, eleven weeks later I had to leave another request that Bootz Plumbing call to arrange the inspection. Today, August 21, 2024, I called Sarasota County and learned that a permit was never pulled for my house! Please take my advice and NEVER use Bootz Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs,

Me Bootz and Wyatt just did a fantastic job installing our new 6 burner cooktop and hooked up the gas line. very professional job. Pleasant to communicate with Will use them again if have plumbing issue!
