Boots has always been very efficient and communication is always on point. I've had some minor fixes and they come fast and get it done efficiently. I have no complaints and the gentlemen that have come to do the work have always been polite and professional.

Called to see about appointments available to look at my sink. I guess they had no appointments available because they just hung up the phone. No interaction with me, no seeing what my issue was, no seeing if my issue could be fixed over the phone... nope. The person just answered the phone said hello... I stated my story... then dial tone.

Absolutely Rude ! I placed a phone call to help an elderly women out. As I was explaining her situation I was quickly stopped short and was basically told they were too busy to help her. I have used this company before personally but I can assure you I will never ever call these people again, they gave a new meaning to the word ""Rude""... Wow, I'm shocked at how bad I was treated, I'm just glad I called and not the woman I was trying to help. My understanding was they were a ""Christian"" based company, at this point I totally question that. Will I ever call them again?, Absolutely Not !!!!

Not the best first impression: I knew I had a broken or disconnected pipe in my outside shower as it's been an issue for a few years now with our brutal winters. All the pipes are inside a wall and insulated. That said, James and Michael responded within 24 hours which is a rarity in this area and I really appreciated the promptness. The remedy was a surprise at $600 and the service charge of $96 was even more of a surprise. In short, I wanted to give it some thought. I'm also a strong believer in a second opinion although it's hard to compare ""apples to apples.""

Although a good friend recommended Boot's I had not used them before and perhaps the trust issue was a factor although I had no reason to not trust their opinion of the remedy. Quite coincidentally, a plumber I've known for 25 years was in the neighborhood and stopped by that same day. He fixed the issue, albeit temporary in all likelihood and had the shower running in minutes by simply placing the pipe back in position. Used the shower that evening without incident.

In closing, I can't say anything negative nor would I, because they really didn't do anything. I guess my biggest beef is the service charge and uncertainty of what spending $600 would do to eliminate or dramatically reduce the issue.
