Outstanding service by Boothe! We experienced a leak the night before we were expecting a house full of overnight guests. Wayne & Kyle were at our door within an hour. They quickly discovered the source of the leak and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. They provided fast, friendly, and exceptional service! They always arrive on time, they have very competent tech reps, they wear company uniforms, they are very thorough in their analysis, offer the highest quality in replacement systems and parts, and all at a fair price. Impeccable service! Highly recommend Boothe's to all who have a need for service or maintenance on their HVAC system. Boothe's has earn my recommendation with prompt professional and courteous service. Just recently my oil furnace stopped running. Boothe's had a service appointment scheduled within a few minutes on a Saturday. Knowing the appointment was locked I was able to take care of other things instead of waiting around the whole day. The technician called to advise he was 20 minutes away. Great coordination all around. Thanks to team Boothe I was up and running within minutes of the technician arriving.

Hands down the best and easiest service I have had done at my house. Garrett was knowledgeable and gave a great idea of what he was going to do. Very professional and prompt. Everything from the timeframe he would be here to how long it would take him to get the job done was spot on. Checked both units and made sure they were good to go. Shawn with Boothe's Heating & Air was very courteous and professional. I couldn't believe how polite he was from the first phone call (they call an hour before they will be at your residence which is nice). Also, he was able to accommodate my request to shift our appointment to the afternoon instead of the morning which was much appreciated. He was professional on the job and explained everything that was being done and any recommendations. We ended up replacing a few things and I appreciated the breakdown of what it was, what it does, why it might need replacing later if not now, etc. Very helpful to have that level of understanding rather than just being quoted for a part replacement. Shawn should definitely be noted for his outstanding customer service and his friendliness and professionalism is hard to find these days. Thanks!

My 1st Yelp Review - Bernie epitomizes the word 'serve' as in customer service. No one wants to deal with the expense of HVAC repairs, but Bernie walked me through choices racking and stacking alternatives based on price and potential severity and likelihood of failure considering the age (12+ years) on my unit. He implemented the solution that was best for me although it wasn't the most expensive one. He answered ALL my questions and went above and beyond spending the extra time on my units to get them clean and performing optimally b4 the summer heatwave comes! Clean and neat he even wore booties to protect my home's carpet/ flooring which my (Japanese) wife truly appreciates! He called in advance w/ his arrival time which was spot on! All and all a true professional! Wayne Boothe has bottled lightning - can't recommend Boothe and especially Bernie highly enough!

Boothe's Heating and Air always goes above and beyond, their level of service is outstanding!! Francis is an amazing technician. He was very polite and professional. Even though it was his last call of the evening, he was not rushed at all, took time to explain everything to us and even spent extra time to assure that our unit was healthy for our daughter who has medical issues. Cant say enough great things about this local company, they are hands down the best in the county!!
