Christian from Boothe is awesome!!! Monday 9/18/2023 our AC unit would not start, so we replaced the filters, tripped the circuit breaker even though it don't lose power but nothing worked. So we called the warranty company and the people they chose didn't have availability until 2 weeks. Not acceptable! Two days passed so I googled HVAC repairs and Boothe popped up first. I called them at 2:30pm on Thursday 9/21/2023 and someone was available within the hour SAME FREAKIN DAY!!! Lucky me!! Christian was absolutely amazing and soooooo knowledgeable. He ran some tests and found out the issue and we did not have to have the system replaced. After that he did preventive maintenance while he was there. Our unit is almost 20 years old so I'm sure we'll need to replace it very very soon. We will absolutely use BOOTHE!!!

These are our go to people with any major issues. We've had them out to fix our heat, replace our water heater, and checkup our AC. They are always friendly and explain everything.

Called for emergency service on Friday night. The after hours emergency line was being handled by a nice young lady. She told me that the Techs were all booked for the night, but someone would be out first thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning at 7am I received a call from the office who then proceeded to take all my information again. Finally he told me that he could have someone out to my business on Tuesday to take a look at the issue. I told him what the previous young lady had told me to which he replied. She didn't know what she was taking about. Are you freaking serious? DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS! This is not how a real plumbing company works. Go with just about anyone else but this company. They suck.

Boothe did an excelle job at resolving my plumbing issue and replacing the pipes. I gave 3 stars because they covered the top of the sewer line in front of my house which is now difficult to identify if any other issues come up in the future. I will have to probably call met to assist me with finding the location

Sewer Ejector Pump
Last year the sewer ejector pump in the basement died and it was less than a year old so they replaced it under warranty. A few days ago, it died again but this time they said it wasn't covered under a warranty of its own (which doesn't make sense). Whatever they're installing is a piece of junk for it to keep dying, and bad business not to honor a warranty.

Air Conditioning Problem
I had to call them out four times last year because there was a leak somewhere in the air conditioning unit and it was leaking out of its closet and onto the living room in the basement. I was just about to have new flooring installed so this problem was at least urgent in my mind that it get solved, and I asked that a senior person come out. They finally found the problem (so they said) and the leaking stopped. Now it's doing it again, with water leaking into the living room --only now the flooring has been put down. They sent a newbie who left and said he'd be back, but wasn't. I waited all day for the return visit for the two problems, but never happened. I called twice. About 5pm, I got a call telling me that I should find a new plumber.

UPDATE
Somehow they got a technician out to our home. When he arrived he apologized for the issues with the scheduler. He was VERY professional and knowledgeable.
I guess once you get someone out her the REALLY do a GREAT job. We're warm and toasty.

1) Ask the customer to download the application for thermostat. Don't let this be last minute
2) I paid for it in advance. No reason the tech should call company asking for payment after I've already made prior arrangements week preceding.
3) the wood material for the fan base was shoddy, but Booth came out to replace it. I was

We had a backyard project where the General Contractor (their review later) did not communicate with any of the subs and at the last minute said we needed a plumber. Boothe's helped keep our project on track! Everyone that came out was truly professional, offered no-nonsense advice on questions we had and provided excellent recommendations. When the faucet that came with our outdoor bar sink kit leaked, they tried everything to salvage it. They gave me a few good recommendations and I had a replacement faucet sent. They installed it perfectly and went over everything. I was very impressed and will certainly use them again when needed.

I thought this company would fix my problem with a water leak. The ceiling was already cut out due to the water leak. I advised him that I thought the leak was coming from my bathroom tub. Every time I take a shower for a period of time, it leaks. I advised the tech I had to leave, so I paid him before I left. I advised him that he needs to stay until he found the leak for himself so he could give me an estimate for the repairs, but 10 mins after I left he stated to my wife that he had another call and he can't stay. Why am I paying you $99 dollars to just walk up and down my steps. Terrible service. Will never use this company again. I took this video below to show this evening of an example of the leak. Recently my wife managed to smash a hole in her undermount porcelain bathroom sink. I called two plumbers who would not even attempt a repair. After contacting Boothes I set up an appointment within the week for an estimate and repair.
They confirmed via text and email, called when the tech was on the way, and sent a bio and photo. Nice!
Bill arrived on time, prepared an estimate and then left to get some materials. After returning he did a great job of replacement, and it wasn't easy.
He was working for at least six hours. The job was not inexpensive, but I'm very happy with the results.
