Moved into a new house and decided it was time to get the HVAC system looked at and maintained. Took advantage of the 'Early Bird' special that they sometimes run. I had it setup for the 1 hour call a head - which is pretty awesome by the way.

Got the call and the tech showed up promptly. Serviced my units and found some normal things that will need to be taken care of in the future. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I decided to get the service plan instead since you get discounted service and 2 inspections, which in the end gives me more bang for buck.

I will continue to use them in the future I will recommend to family and friends.

We want to recommend Boothe's Heating and Air Conditioning with high marks!! It started with a simple annual check up that was a pleasant surprise. The appointment was confirmed. The techs called ahead. They were on time. They were efficient, polite, and informative. We actually learned something from their visit! Then we needed a service call on our second unit. Again we were surprised by the constant communication to confirm, and call ahead prior to arrival. These little things make those days that you set aside for these inconveniences not so inconvenient. It took more than one visit to completely fix the problem but they were more than fair! They provided temporary cooling units until our parts were ordered and installed. They made certain any warranties were in place to keep our costs to a minimum. We also had an estimate visit to improve the duct design of our current system in the main house. Again we had an experience that was far above our expectations and any we had ever had in the past. And this is not our first rodeo. We have owned a half dozen homes by now (even had the thrill of building one) so interacting with contractors and technicians isn't a new experience. Call Boothe's. You won't be disappointed!!!

As I said in my last review I wouldn't recommend or use Boothe's because they tried to charge us $300 for an hour of labor without providing us an estimate first - and then gave them a decent 3 star review.
We need our AC cleaned and they advertise a $69 special to come out and do that. I called today and they looked up my account and the person On the phone got all weird, then proceeded to lie and tell me his computer is down so a manager would have to call me back. An hour later a manager calls to let me know they won't do the AC cleaning because I left them a bad review! They're like dealing with 4th graders! Apparently if it is a set fee and they can't rip you off, they don't want to do business with you!

I spent $13,500 for a new heat and AC unit less than a year ago for a home I own that my parents live in. I was told that within a month after the install a Quality Assurance rep would come back out to check on the new system, that took 6 months, after I had called about it. Since then, I have had them come back out to the house to fix various problems with the new unit (about 8 times now). Its 22 Jan 2019, one of the coldest days so far this year, I called them today at 10 AM, no heat in the house, they state they will send someone out. At 1130, I stopped by Boothes to ask what the hell the problem was, again I was told they will send someone out. I received a call from the Owner around 1230, we will get to the bottom of this he said, I have heard this eight other times I replied. Its now 3:45 PM and its cold in the house, nobody from Boothes has showed up or bothered to call. I called back at 350PM, and am told we will get someone out there. I`m holding my breath, please attend my funeral, prayers will be a Brinsfield funeral home in Leonardtown in a day or so. NEVER AGAIN!

Outstanding service by Boothe! We experienced a leak the night before we were expecting a house full of overnight guests. Wayne & Kyle were at our door within an hour. They quickly discovered the source of the leak and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. They provided fast, friendly, and exceptional service! Their overall knowledge and professional were the best we have ever experienced in our 14 years living in SoMd. I highly recommend Boothe!!

They always arrive on time, they have very competent tech reps, they wear company uniforms, they are very thorough in their analysis, offer the highest quality in replacement systems and parts, and all at a fair price. Impeccable service! Highly recommend Boothe's to all who have a need for service or maintenance on their HVAC system. Boothe's has earn my recommendation with prompt professional and courteous service. Just recently my oil furnace stopped running. Boothe's had a service appointment scheduled within a few minutes on a Saturday. Knowing the appointment was locked I was able to take care of other things instead of waiting around the whole day. The technician called to advise he was 20 minutes away. Great coordination all around. Thanks to team Boothe I was up and running within minutes of the technician arriving.

Hands down the best and easiest service I have had done at my house. Garrett was knowledgeable and gave a great idea of what he was going to do. Very professional and prompt. Everything from the timeframe he would be here to how long it would take him to get the job done was spot on. Checked both units and made sure they were good to go. You always get more than you pay for with these guys! Fully recommended to anyone who has heat and air needs.
