Excellent service and workmanship. So many times people only take the time to write a poor review. I've been using Booth for my heating and plumbing for several years. They are always prompt returning calls and they show up when they say they will. If you've never used a professional plumber before, their materials do cost a lot more, but they have always had the parts on their truck to make the repairs without having to leave the job. That's important. My time is valuable too!

Booth Plumbing was expensive and unprofessional. It took several days for them to respond to our voice mail messages about an upstairs bathroom leak that was dripping into the room below. They said they hadn't returned the call because our cell number had an out of state area code. They repaired the leak, but they also fixed something (handle on the toilet and fill valve) that was working fine and that we hadn't asked them to repair. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a $57 charge for parts on the unneeded repair plus $77 in labor. The overall labor costs were double what was quoted. We were originally told $100 an hour. The final labor costs came to $198 an hour. This included an apprentice fee and a service charge, neither of which we were told about. The bill was emailed to us three days AFTER the due date listed (sent to us August 21, payment due on August 19). We spoke to the owner and he refused to make any adjustments to the charges, even for the repair we hadn't wanted. They fixed the leak, but we will never use Booth Plumbing again. Who knows what non-existent problems they'll decide to fix on their own or how much they'll charge! We were extremely disappointed with this company.

We had very complicated geothermal heating and this is the only company that could figure out our issues. If you need someone to handle a complicated job, call Jeff at Booth plumbing!

It's true that Booth is not the cheapest of plumbers, but they've fixed the mistakes of the cheaper plumbers we've hired. Dan, in particular, has been great to work with: he explains what he's doing, and goes over possibilities.

Frightfully expensive. Created problems (leaks) we had never had before. Refused to stand by their work when problems recurred. Extremely disappointing.

Call these people if you enjoy spending large amounts of cash on your plumbing issues. The guy who came out to replace a part on our toilet charged us for the half hour it took him to read the installation instructions that came with the replacement part. I'm not saying they are incompetent, but get out your wallet!
