From the person answering the phone, to the plumber arriving right on time, my first experience was great. The plumber was very thorough, explained everything, was thoughtful in covering his shoes, and very efficient in doing all the jobs I needed done. I had been expecting to only be given a quote and maybe get one thing done, but was pleasantly surprised when he was able to repair both toilets, replace a faucet and my water heater all in the same day. I will definitely use their services again!

I've had great results in the past. The actual plumber who installed toilet and fixed drains/water heater was great. But, can almost never get through to receptionist- calls roll over to their voicemail. So, recently, I had a service call for backed up toilet/shower, was told the plumber would show up in a few minutes and nearly an hour goes by without anyone. I called back 3 times- all to voicemail-- so I physically went down there to inquire. The receptionist was in her office, told me she hadn't heard any phone calls and didn't know where her service techs were at this time. I asked why she didn't know, and she got angry, told me to find another plumber and picked up the phone to call her plumber saying ""I'm cancelling your service call, you're not getting anybody to come to your house now!"" When I asked to speak to the boss or owner, she told me ""F**ck you, I'll have him call you later!""
No one should have to put up with this rude service. The plumbing work is good, but you have to get through the receptionist as a gatekeeper. She felt she was going to ""punish"" me by taking away my service call-- I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

The service I've received from Boomer's has been nonexistent - I've been trying for almost three weeks to get someone to come to my house and can't get past the unfriendly secretary. She took over a week to call me back and I still have YET to have an appointment that hasn't fallen through. They are unreliable and I wouldn't recommend them if you want ""quality service"".
