We came into this transaction with a 25 year-old HVAC unit that was still working, but had gotten louder with time. We took advantage of the tune-up special and a number of concerns were identified by Victor via his very thorough inspection. As a result, we were really on the fence as to whether it was time to replace the system, or continue to band-aid the system and hope it doesn't fail during a hot or cold spell. Accordingly, we were pretty anxious when going into the discussion with Ruban. However, we found Ruban to be very understanding and pragmatic in laying out the situation and our options. We ended up deciding to replace the system. Art and Tanner came out the next day and were awesome! They were definitely knowledgeable, and were extremely respectful to both us and our property. The system has definitely been an improvement in the way of efficiency and sound. Not to mention, the peace of mind of not being concerned about a ill-timed breakdown and knowing it is covered for the next ten years. So far, so good! The only reason I am giving four stars (instead of 5) is that the system has only been in for less than a week.

Si Dip was the technician that came to give us a quote today for installation of a Tesla charger. We decided to have him install the charger same day. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. I had questions on my ring floodlights and he helped me install 2 of them. I would give him more stars if I was able to. Fantastic service and installation. Highly recommended.

Run a Apt complex for seniors . Hot water went out on a Friday. I called every company recommended from the maker of water heater and about 3 others I found on my own. None could guarantee coming out the same day. I hesitated calling this company because they are a larger company (in my mind most expensive). Called them late afternoon Fri they were there within 20-30 min MAX. More then fair charge and got our hot water back. I don't make a lot of ""reviews"" but they were AMAZING
