When I woke up this morning, my kitchen faucet fell into my hands. I called Mike and he said 'no problem, buy a new one and I'll be there this afternoon'. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. A simple fix was not so simple and yet his attention to detail - everything needed to work perfectly, specifically the snap out spray - was comforting. We found him reasonable, as well. If he can save you money, he lets you know. And, unlike other businesses, he picks up his phone or calls back immediately. Mike is a throw back to the good ole' days when service really meant attention to detail and returning/picking up a customer's phone call was important. Thanks, Mike!

Mike was the best. He actually asked me if I was """"handy enough to attempt the fix myself"""". He sent me to the hardware store where I purchased $11 worth of tools, to save myself $300. After a call back and five more minutes on the phone with him, I got to the root of the problem, and it turned out it wasn't even my problem, it was the County's problem. Mike walked me through every step of the process over the phone and now I'm that much more educated for next time. Professionals like Mike don't come around very often. He was honest and super knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to know that there are still honest, hard working folks out there that would rather have you """"up and running"""" than fleece you for a couple hundred bucks. I will be referring any friend, family member or neighbor who solicits my advice for a plumber, to Mike at Bonita Springs Plumbing & Gas. This guy is the real deal.

Mike is fantastic. He helped us right away in Sunday morning helping us first by letting ya try a few things. Once we realized we couldn't fix it, he set a time and helped us out. Mike is a fabulous plumber. He responded to all my calls as we prepared to purchase a condo in Bonita Springs. When we called and indicated we were ready, he came out that same day and completed all the work. He installed a dishwasher, garbage disposal, toilet, and 2 Delta Touch Faucets. Not the first time I have used Mike at Bonita Springs Plumbing and Gas, but I want to give a huge shout out. Water heater began having a very minor leak, so I called. Sent pictures, measured the space. Mike came over the next day (I had assured him that the leak was very small, and it was an odd unit) with the new water heater and installed it quickly, taking great care not to get water spillage. Gave me a reasonable quote, and was excellent

I called and asked if they have any availability because i need service at a property of mine and they rudely said they don't and hung up on me. They couldn't refer me to anyone at all or hear what i had to say. This is terrible customer service.

My kitchen sink stopped up at 7:30 on a Friday evening. I called Bonita Springs Plumbing and Mike (the owner) diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me directions on how to fix it just so I wouldn't have to pay a service call. It was a pretty simple fix but I was too nervous to attempt it myself. Mike was at my house within 10 minutes and fixed the problem. Such a refreshing attitude!

Mike is terrific. We recently had several plumbing issues including a dripping faucet, constantly running toilets and a partially clogged disposal/drain. Mike told me item by item what to look for in order to save us a service call. He was spot on with his advice. We previously used Mike's services with plumbing issues and found him to be very fair.
