I would say to beware of Bonfe. They did a free sewer inspection of my main drain to the street. I got second and third evaluations from other contractors and felt that Bonfe's recommendations were extremely expensive and misleading at best.

I called Bonfe's plumbing about a drain problem l was having. They promised they can unblock the drain. They had me sign some documents before this project. According to them it's their policy to have the customer sign before looking at the project. I did , counting on their professionalism. To my disappointment, they could not locate the blocked drain after a day and have collected my money ($770:00) and promised they will be coming back to solve the drain problem. They were over booked and no show or call after two days. We were so uncomfortable and the basement was over flooding, my wife and concluded we needed to call a different plumber which I did. This plumber located the blocked drain and broke the ground and unblocked the drain and l paid the plumber. Bonfe's did not do the work so I request Bonfe's to refund my money. They refused and requested Wells Fargo to refund the money. Wells Fargo did. Bonfe's is trying to collect money for the job they did not do. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BONFE''S THEY ARE RIPOFF.!
