Bonfe's Plumbing Heating & Air Service

Just called Bonfe to schedule service on the air conditioner at our townhouse rental unit. Was told ""they don't do rentals"". Not sure how or why the state of ownership or rental would matter when servicing an appliance, but guess it does to them. I won't be calling Bonfe ever again!

I got a voucher from the Star Tribune and decided to give them a try. I called to schedule and appointment. II told the person that I needed the serviceman to be done by noon so I could get to work. She said that the scheduler would take care of it and I would get a call the day of the service btn 7:30 and 9:30 to give me a time. I never got a call. I had to call their office to find out when someone would come . The serviceman arrived at noon, and I ended up late.
While at my home, the service man complained about 2 different companies by name. I thought this was unprofessional, since I hadn't asked about those companies.
I would not use Bonfe again.
