Mr Bond responded within no time and he got a conclusion what is the issue. He replaced our shower valve and wrapped up in just 15min. He charged reasonably, less than most of them I reached. I highly recommend his services.

We have used Bond Plumbing twice, once over a year ago. The first time we had a leaking kitchen faucet that we tried to fix ourselves. We were convinced it may be the actual faucet leaking. Bond Plumbing came out and it was just a loose fastener. They tightened it and didn't expect payment. My husband paid them anyways. Today my daughters shower faucet stripped and the water was running full stream. We were frantic and I texted Bond Plumbing. They responded to our home quickly and fixed the problem. They are amazing. Very friendly and extremely honest. Great price for service that was provided. Marine Veteran family owned business. I can't say enough about them. Side note we are in a winter storm advisory today and they responded so quickly. We had to turn off our water at the main valve and this situation could have been so much worse if it hadn't been for them coming so quickly. I am so thankful to them.

Water situation during some contractor work at my home and absolutely NO PLUMBERS were available. Bond Plumbing fit me in to which I am so grateful to Dwayne so I didn't get even more damage. The AC drain backed up under the sink so they were able to clear that out for me. I had not idea the AC dumped into the sink so Dwayne gave me some education along the way which I requested when he was done.

This was on a HOLIDAY which seems to always be my luck but you have to roll with it and look at the positives....in this case...I have a wonderful new plumber for any upcoming work. If you want an honest family owned business, Bond Plumbing is the way to go.

Fixed the faucet in short order, the price was fair and Dwayne is just a really nice guy. Love helping to support a gentleman who works hard and does great work and priced fair. He's a vet and I was happy to have him help me.

Duane installed a new hot water heater for us. Same size as the old one. But now, we can only get two showers of hot water if we're lucky. Or one shower and a dishwasher load, and we're out of hot water. I explained our problem to Duane, and his response was for us to get new (low flow) shower heads. That doesn't add up because we didn't have this issue before with the old tank. Since the new tank is under warranty, I asked Duane to please come and investigate if there was a potential issue. He came once, after many, many phone calls and texts asking him to come, and left without a clear explanation of anything, only saying he was going to check with the manufacturer. Haven't heard from him since (months ago) and he does not respond to calls, voice mails or texts. Service after the sale = 0.

Shower knob valve stem exploded in my shower while I was trying to fix a loose handle and had to shut off water to the whole house. I called a couple of plumbers, but Bond responded quickest and came highly recommended. He came out same day to help me get it fixed and get my water back on. Fast and efficient. Fair price. Great communication. Very satisfied!

Duane did a great job replacing our water heater. He was very responsive and charged 1/3 the price of others.

Really sloppy work and could not properly install a water softener even though we had a prior water softener with all connections in place.
He is also very bad in communication and scheduling. Takes weeks to schedule or hear back

I would never recommend Duane Bond or Bond Plumbing!!! He installed a bathtub and shower for us in our master bathroom several years ago. Last summer 2018, our master bathroom flooded, so I naturally called him back to fix whatever was wrong. Duane Bond came out and jackhammered a huge hole in the corner of my brand new bathroom travertine tile floor and unbeknownst to us at the time, hit a main line in the process. He left that day with the huge hole in the floor saying he didn't have the correct parts. The next day we followed up with him and he just left us hanging with a huge hole jackhammered in our tile floor. We never heard from him again!!! After having several plumbers come out to look at the new mess Duane Bond created, and his initial work of the tub installation, we were told that he used the wrong pipe fittings for the tub install a couple of years before which is what caused the leak/flood. We were also told that he never should have jackhammered through our tile floor after the flooding. He should have rerouted that entire line, and the fact that he jackhammered the floor, he either didn't know what he was doing, or he was intentionally trying to cover up his first mistake of using the wrong fittings. He hit a main line with the jack hammer!!! So, after paying him $1500 to install our tub/shower, then him causing us an additional $5K in repairs to fix the flood he caused, but then jack hammering our travertine tile and just leaving it, and us, with no response, I cannot recommend Duane Bond and Bond Plumbing at all!!!
