Rick installed our water softener many months ago and we are so happy with everything. The water quality is much improved and he did the job very efficiently. He was also in the neighborhood and drove by our home and spontaneously asked us how our softener was doing. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. While our softener is doing great, we actually had another issue, our garbage disposal was jammed, and he graciously took time to inspect and then unjammed it. Rick actually cares about customer satisfaction. Can't recommend him enough.

I have been fortunate to know Rick for a few years now and he not only answers all my questions, he explains how to take preventative measures (i.e. timely filter changes) to avoid unnecessary costs in the future.

We moved into a new construction townhome in December, and the builder recommended Bonanza for water softener installation. Rick arrived two days later to install the system in about 3 hours, and we couldn't be happier! Our showers/sinks are easier to clean, and our skin/hair/clothes are noticeably softer. Rick is kind, patient, and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions about our home's water/plumbing systems in general.

About a week after our installation, we noticed that the digital display on the water softener was cracked, and he responded right away to schedule a time to fix it. Highly recommend!

I've had great experience with this company, specially with Rick R. My water heater broke and I went around trying to figure out who would fix it since it came with the house and was fortunately still under warranty. I was told by the manufacturer the originally buyer had to do the exchange. I was lead to this business and recieved a call from Rick. He was very empathetic and knew the urgency and came a couple days after despite his busy schedule along with another person to help with the installation.
Both Rick and the gentleman who assisted him (sorry forgot his name!!) were not only professional but knowledgeable since his company managed the original plumbing which put me at ease. He also gave me some helpful tips to avoid any mishaps in the future.
I especially appreciate his honesty, which I felt he sincerely wanted the best for my family and not some salesperson trying to upsell his services. I actually had another issue come up and he came next day to look at it and fixed it right away.

One of the copper valves on my works backflow system was stolen early one morning. Bonanza Plumbing came out to give us an estimate the next day. It was approved and repaired the following day. We moved into a new-build in Placentia and Rick installed a whole house soft water system in our home! We are so grateful and feel wonderful after showering with the soft water. What a huge difference the hair and skin feels compared to before. Best of all we no longer have to carry cases of water into the house due to our reverse osmosis system available in our refrigerator water dispenser and the water spout at the kitchen sink. We have delicious water anytime. Rick is a professional at this and is hands down knowledgeable of reverse osmosis and anything related. I highly recommend him!

I had a great experience working with Ray and Rick. I am a new homeowner in a community that Bonanza Plumbing worked on. I had questions about a noise in the pipes and the tankless water heater as I never owned one before. Ray was patient and extremely helpful while answering all of my questions, walking me through the photos I set him over the phone and had his technician get in contact with me.

Rick called me the next day to schedule an appointment the following day. He was professional, informative, honest and very accommodating. He has fixed the noise in the pipes, and installed new filters for my water heater treater filter and reverse osmosis. I will be calling him back for my annual servicing.

If you are looking for an ethical plumbing contractor, I highly recommend Bonanza Plumbing. Bonanza did the original plumbing on my condo and the builder (new condo) recommended them if I was interested in any additional work. I was so impressed with the work Rick (service manager) did installing my soft water system that I subsequently had them install a hot water recirculating system and a 5 stage RO (reverse osmosis) filter to supply water to the kitchen sink and refrigerator (ice and water dispensers). Before I committed to each of the three systems (soft water, recirculator, and RO), I spoke with Rick to answer questions and get his recommendations. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured to make a decision - Rick is a stand-up guy.
