I texted Jeff to locate a main sewer line on my property after he was referred by someone else. He told me a price. I agreed. He said he would neede a zelle BEFORE he did the work or that I would have to be there on site for him to do the job. Weird, but I agreed agin. we picked a date for him to do the job. everything seemed fine. 2 days before the service, I wanted to make sure he was a legit business (since I had been only given a phonen umber, no business name) and connect his yelp profile to him, so I texted him his yelp profile and asked if that was him. Then he cancelled my service b/c I hadn't done my ""due diligence"", even though I agreed to his price, his payment terms and we had a date coming up for the job in just a few days. When I pleaded with him to complete the job and explained that he was leavening me in the lurch with this late minute cancellation, he totally ignored me. WOW. Not ok to last minute on customers, especially when they have agreed to everything you wanted. The picture is from another company that did the job and didn't cancel and were fabulous.

Too bad I can't give a ""No Stars"" rating. I called Bona-fide for an appointment got got one for late the next day. An emergency forced me to cancel early the next morning, and requested a new appointment...they never even called back, I even waited through the weekend to see if they'd call Monday. Nope, no call.

I called Downey Plumbing and they not only got me in that afternoon but they gave me a veteran discount too.

After being quoted $3000 to replace my water heater, I called Bonafide Plumbing and was quoted over $1000 less for the same job. Appreciate the better price and the quickness of the job. Also appreciate Jeff following up the next day to let me know about the warranties and that they would register the new water heater for me.

5 out of 5 stars !!! Jeff and his crew from Bonafide Plumbing could not have been better. They replaced my gas line from the gas meter to the house, showed up on time, finished on time, included a shut off valve at the house so I won't have to turn off the gas at the meter, which is difficult. Professional, caring, friendly. Thanks BPS!

No need to call a hundred plumbers, THESE ARE YOUR GUYS! Jeff and Mark definitely did a BONAFIDE job repiping our gas line to the main, as well as installing an updated earthquake valve. As soon as we found out we had a gas leak, I called at least 3 other plumbers and they all came for a quote. Jeff was truly the most honest, fairly priced, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done RIGHT. Just a few examples that make them outshine the rest: 1) Jeff and Mark tackled a rooted hole that typically takes 20 minutes, for 2 hours, 2) They were the only ones who included a pressure test when giving us a quote for our gas leak, 3) Jeff gave me a second opinion on other plumbing issues I had around my house. They were so professional, respectful, and kind throughout the entire process. As a new home owner, I definitely found my go-to plumbers! THANK YOU GUYS, I APPRECIATE YA'LL!!!

Jeff from Bonafide Plumbing is the best! I was able to schedule an appointment easily for a leak under the kitchen sink. I appreciated that Jeff was punctual and came over on time per the appointment, even providing a courtesy call while en route.

Jeff and and Mark fixed the leak under the sink (that a previous plumbing did not repair properly) at a very fair price. During the repair, I also requested the shower to be diagnosed as the water temperature was not hot enough. Jeff was very accommodating with the last minute request and fixed the shower to my expectations. I appreciate the fact that Jeff and Mark clean up any and all trash that arose during the repairs. They are very meticulous and superb in their skills. I will definitely be calling Bonafide Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Bonafide by Speedy Water heaters since I had old galvanized piping going into my water heater. I talked with Jeff and we were able to schedule the installation next day. Paul came out and had to replace and respool some of the piping since the galvanized piping was brittle. Good price for the work being done, especially considering it was right before the holiday seasons!

What a relief to have Jeff from Bonafide Plumbing come and fix our main pipe! Instances like this are very unpredictable, Bonafide plumbing is centralized about 1hr and half away and made it a point to get our main pipe fixed at 6am.
