He called me before coming to make sure he had the part, came early, and even took off his shoes when he entered the house without having to be asked. He was able to resolve the issue in 30 minutes. Update: Been a customer of Eddy and Bonafide Plumbing for almost 10 years. I highly recommend. He's a stand-up guy that does a great job, communicates well, is super friendly, and charges reasonable rates. Eddie is incredible, thorough, complete, goes above and beyond to figure out solutions. We had a warranty for our instant water heater and it was complicated process requiring him to call around and get the heater and return the old one- but he did it! This was the first time I used Bonafide Plumbing Company. I had a wax seal that needed to be replaced. I called the company to tell them what issues I was having and Stephanie (the owner's wife) asked me several questions and tried to resolve the problem so Edward (the owner) would not have to make a service call. Edward did need to come over. I found Edward to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and meticulous. I will definitely use Bonafide Plumbing services again and I will personally recommend him to anyone who is in need of a plumber. Additionally, his prices are extremely reasonable.
