Bonafide plumbing was great. The whole process was very easy for me. He was friendly and easy going, showed up on time and wore a mask and gloves the whole visit, so I felt completely safe regarding Covid-19. I had two faucets to install and the whole things was done very quickly and well. He explained his work to me which I also appreciated and showed what was causing the problems with my old faucets. Even fixed by broken toilet paper dispenser as surprise. It had fallen off the wall a week ago and I didn't have the proper tools. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment two weeks out to check a leaky shower. Asked questions regarding scope of work and if repairing a non-plumbing (e.g.-not pipes) issue was included in the scope. Questions that went unanswered.

When confirming appointment the day before, I again posed the question about the scope and, just like that, he cancelled the appointment.

-No reason.
-No offer to reschedule.
-Questions remain unanswered.

I don't know. I suspect I asked too many questions. Maybe he is so busy, he doesn't need my business. Either way. NEXT!!!!

Bonafide plumbing showed up promptly to fix our broken dishwasher, which wasn't draining properly. They were polite, Covid-compliant, prompt, and most importantly, fair.

We received an honest assessment of our problem, they communicated potential concerns about not being able to help if the problem with our dishwasher was the dishwasher itself, and were ultimately able to solve our problem for a fair price. We would definitely use them again

Ed is a really nice guy who clearly knows what he's doing. He gave us a fair quote, arrived on time, did the job in a professional and friendly way, tried to find ways to reduce trauma from getting to leaky pipes, cleaned up, and billed us for the amount he quoted. He did not try to increase the cost of the job and he was friendly throughout the process. We got to chat with him for a while and hear his family story. He's a great guy who loves his job and loves helping people. Great quality, service at a fair price. I'd love to work with him again if needed. Thanks Ed!

Yay! I can't say enough good things about Ed. For one, I asked for recommendations on Facebook and two friends independently responded with Ed. Good sign. I was replacing my old toilet with (a seemingly nuclear-powered) pressure-assisted toilet. Ed was super responsive, open/honest, able to visit soon, VERY reasonably priced, worked quickly, wore a mask the whole time - plus, he is a super nice guy. He gets all my plumbing work for now on. He should get yours too. ;)

We've relied on Ed as our plumber since we moved to Alameda 11 years ago. Fortunately we've never had to deal with anything huge or disastrous, but he's always been great -- prompt, professional, skilled, and honest. On a few occasions I've tried to see if I can take care of something myself and he's been generous with his advice. Obviously his time is valuable and I much appreciate that.

Eddie is great! We have used him several times and he has always been responsive and fixed things perfectly. Yesterday, he came out again and was very efficient and explanatory. We never got the sense that he was trying to sell us on unnecessary work or take any longer than needed to do the job. We will use him again for sure.
