I had them come out to see why our AC wasn't working. Guillermo came out and said there was a door open which explained why it wasn't working. He closed it. He spent maybe 10 minutes at my house. We laughed about how easy a fix it was. He said there was no charge. I asked specifically if there was a charge for him to come out. He said no. I signed a receipt that had no charge listed on it. He never called the office about billing when he was at my house.
A week later i get a bill for $190. I called Karen at the billing office who told me that since Guillermo doesn't do the billing, he wouldn't have known how much it cost. What?? She then called me back to say G. had never said there was no charge. Then called me back, yelled at me for signing something before I knew the charge and hung up on me. So, stay away. Professionalism cannot be found at this company. Totally dishonest and blamed me for a mistake made by her serviceman.

Beware of the scam! First they said the compressor was shot. Then, because the unit they put in was out of warranty they could sell me one for a lot more money. Then told me I was lucky because one of my neighbors pays for a new one every year. When I wouldn't accept all of that, a simple part, $100, might fix it, it did.
Then the bill came. They doubled the labor hours and trumped up the parts cost. When I questioned the bill, they couldn't remember who told me what and how much. Verbal explanation didn't match old story or the invoice?
Very unprofessional and dishonest.
